The Bachelor bachelorette Cassandra Ferguson will soon be a married woman.

"Yes, I'm engaged," Ferguson, who competed for Juan Pablo Galavis' heart, captioned a photo of her big diamond engagement ring on Instagram Sunday.

Ferguson competed on The Bachelor's eighteenth season as a former NBA dancer and single mom from Rochester Hills, MI. Ferguson's fiance, Rodney Stuckey, is her son Trey's biological father. Ferguson, 22, met Stuckey, a 28-year-old pro basketball player for the Detroit Pistons, when she danced for the team.

"Who wants that perfect love story anyway..." Ferguson wrote on Instagram two weeks ago alongside a black and white photo of herself cuddling with Stuckey.

Galavis dumped Ferguson in the middle of a group date when The Bachelor star was determining his Final 6 bachelorettes. Galavis sent her home to be with her young son because he realized he was certain she wouldn't be the last girl standing.

Ironically, fellow eighteenth-season The Bachelor bachelorette Renee Oteri got engaged to her old boyfriend Bracy Maynard in early March after filming the show. The couple wed three short weeks after Oteri had confirmed their engagement.
