The Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk Jr. and fiancee Lauren Burnham enjoyed a fun, PDA-filled date at the race track this past weekend.

Following a whirlwind week of press after The Bachelor's Season 22 finale aired on ABC -- as well as their first public date in New York -- Arie whisked Lauren away to St. Petersburg, FL, for the season-opening race of the IndyCar season on Sunday.

Arie, 36, and Lauren, 26, documented their day on Instagram, appearing very much in love. Not only did they wear matching red racing jumpsuits and walk through the track while holding hands, they also exchanged kisses and cuddled up to each other.

"King and queen of awkward kisses," Lauren captioned one photo of the pair locking lips in her Instagram Story, according to E! News.

Lauren also shared a slideshow of photos on her account, writing alongside the images, "One of the top 5 coolest things I've ever done. Thanks for the rides @ariejr and @andrettimario."

Arie reportedly called it a "great day back at the track" with his fiancee, whom his "IndyCar family approves." Arie added on his Instagram stories that they were "feeling the love."

A couple of days ago, Arie also posted an adorable photo of the couple in which Lauren had jumped into his arms to kiss him with a picturesque landscape behind them of mountains.

"The real adventure starts now," Arie noted.

The Bachelor's season finale aired as a two-night event last week in which Arie proposed marriage to the woman who had received his final rose, Becca Kufrin, and then broke up with her less than two months later on-camera.

After ending his engagement to Becca and breaking her heart, Arie ran back to Lauren and begged her for a second chance.

Lauren seemed to welcome Arie back into her life with open arms, and then about three weeks after reconciling, Arie popped the question on March 6 during the show's live After the Final Rose special.

"I kind of pushed him to pop the question sooner, because we've already been planning our wedding," Lauren admitted to E! News. "We both want good lighting and lots of flowers."

Lauren will also be moving to Scottsdale, AZ, by the end of this month to live with Arie.
