Taylor Frankie Paul has announced that she's leaving The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives after her co-stars expressed disapproval of her continuing on the Hulu reality series.

Mormon Wives star Mikayla Matthews just announced last week that she's done with The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives because she had heard Taylor is returning and she doesn't want to enable toxic behavior or be associated with abuse.
And then her co-stars Layla Taylor and Miranda McWhorter hinted that they were also considering quitting the show.
Seemingly in response to the backlash over her participation, Taylor, 32, took to Instagram on Monday, September 21 and wrote, "My gratitude goes to all the networks that supported me throughout this and gave me the chance to return. However I don't desire to move forward like this."
"I originally was willing to be removed to let them all continue on with less stress and I'm back to that point," she added.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives halted production on Season 5 in March after Taylor and her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen -- who share son, Ever True, 2 -- had accused each other of domestic violence and later filed dueling restraining orders.
When Mormon Wives resumed filming, Taylor only filmed the intro credits and had limited involvement in the show, which premiered its fifth season earlier this month.
With fans already looking forward to Season 6 on Hulu, Taylor had teased last week that her role on the show was going to continue because she wanted to share her truth and hopefully help people in similar situations.
However, Taylor apparently had a change of heart about starring on the show, which is currently filming its sixth season.
"Some of the girls know what I've been through and then to turn and collectively pile on with their 'statements' knowing there has been ongoing abuse through the system the last 8 months on top of what I've endured," Taylor wrote.

"Almost the entire cast plus some, going at me....laughing about my kids is disgusting. I bit my tongue there."
Taylor alleged that her co-stars previously relied on her to negotiate with Hulu executives.
"These same people had meetings telling me I need to lead the way of pay....my voice was the only one that can make it happen and then they would work from what I demanded," Taylor claimed.
"I'm grateful I never followed through with their requests of demands and I'm grateful I kept same pay out of fairness and integrity."
Taylor insisted that she always treated the show's production and crew with "respect always," adding how they were the ones who checked on her over the last six months amid her legal and custody issues.

"I agree it's to the point of bullying for months now. What makes it harder to take in is some of these parents have made mistakes that would result in the same judgment I'm receiving yet pointing a finger," Taylor continued.
"However it's a pleasure to remove myself so they can continue, because I've almost convinced myself I'm deserving of all this pain and to a certain degree absolutely this is consequences of my actions."
Taylor concluded, "My question has been how much suffering and scrutiny is going to be enough...I'm just relieved to be out."
Around the same time The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives paused production on Season 5, a 2023 video of Taylor assaulting Dakota leaked online and prompted ABC to cancel Taylor's The Bachelorette season.
There has been tension amongst The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast for months. Taylor recently apologized for belittling her co-stars' success and achievements.
