NBC has announced Britain's Got Talent runner-up Susan Boyle will perform during America's Got Talent's live fourth-season finale on Wednesday, September 16 at 8PM ET/PT.

The 48-year-old church volunteer from West Lothian, Scotland made international headlines following renditions of Les Miserables' "I Dreamed a Dream" and Cats' "Memory" earlier this year on Britain's Got Talent.

While she subsequently finished second behind dance troupe Diversity, she inked a record contract with Sony BMG and is currently working on her debut album -- which is currently slated to drop in November.

Boyle's America's Got Talent performance will represent the first time she's performed live in the U.S..

America's Got Talent's Top 10 fourth-season finalists -- tenor trio The Texas Tenors, elderly stand-up comedian Grandma Lee, singer and guitarist Kevin Skinner, sibling singing trio The Voices of Glory, tap dancing sisters Fab 5, musical band Recycled Percussion, singer Lawrence Beamen, contortionist breakdancer Hairo Torres, singer/guitarist Drew Stevyns, and opera singer Barbara Padilla -- will all perform on Monday, September 14 at 8PM ET/PT, after which home viewers will be able to vote for their favorite acts.

America's Got Talent's fourth-season champ will then be revealed live during the two-hour finale broadcast.
