Married at First Sight star Dave Flaherty admits his salsa dancing experience with new wife Amber Martorana was definitely a low point in their honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico.

As viewers saw on last week's Married at First Sight episode, Amber asked Dave to attend an outdoor salsa dancing class with her.

While he obliged to please his wife and show interest in one of her hobbies, the dance lesson appeared torturous as sweat was dripping down his face and back and he wanted nothing more than to end it.

"That guy is a dance machine, I'm telling you," Pastor Calvin Roberson joked during Tuesday night's episode of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered. "He was sweating like a senator in church."

Pastor Calvin was joined by Dave as well as Danielle Bergman for the special hosted by Season 1 Married at First Sight participant, Jamie Otis.

"You know, I could laugh at myself through [watching] that [scene back]. It was very, very uncomfortable; it was embarrassing. But it's not the end of the world," Dave confessed.

Dave revealed he was bothered more by sweating under the hot sun than he was by the salsa dancing itself.

"It was just very uncomfortable. Honestly, I'm okay with trying new stuff, but it was so hot and it had been a long day, and [I didn't have time] to prepare for the salsa dancing," Dave explained on Unfiltered.

"So, overall, I just reached a point where I was like, 'Alright, I'm not doing this anymore.' I did sort of get the moves, but I was just dripping sweating. It was ridiculous. I was so hot."

Amber was disappointed by Dave's attitude that day, as he was swearing and complaining a lot, but she acknowledged he had tried something out of his comfort zone just for her.

Because of his effort that day, Amber chose to support her husband and move onto the next activity instead of voice her frustrations with him.

"She was great," Dave told Jamie, Pastor Cal and Danielle. "Obviously I felt bad because I wanted to do this for her. It was something she was excited about, and she just really let me know that it was okay. So it was good."

Pastor Cal noted that marriage is about experiencing new things and "breaking out of your box," so he was glad Dave was up for the task of salsa dancing.
