Married at First Sight featured Nate Barnes saying he's "done" and Stacia Karcher fed up with Nate's "tantrums," Mitch Silverstein admitting he's not in love with Krysten, Miguel Santiago worrying he can't be the husband Lindy Elloway needs, and Alexis demanding change from Justin Hall during the Season 15 episode that aired Wednesday night on Lifetime.

The five brides from San Diego who were selected to wed on Season 15 of Married at First Sight were Lindy, a 29-year-old doctor of physical therapy; Krysten, a 32-year-old sales representative; Alexis, a 29-year-old logistics specialist; Stacia, a 37-year-old accountant; and Morgan, a 27-year-old registered nurse.

The five grooms starring on the new MAFS edition are Miguel, a 35-year-old associate medical director; Mitch, a 41-year-old environmental policy advocate; Justin, a 33-year-old digital marketing specialist; Nate, a 34-year-old day trader; and Binh, a 29-year-old engineer.

Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Pastor Calvin Roberson matched Lindy and Miguel, Krysten and Mitch, Alexis and Justin, Stacia and Nate, and Morgan and Binh.

After meeting at the altar, the couples spend a total of eight weeks together, from the wedding and honeymoon to moving in together and navigating the joys and struggles of daily life together.

And at the end of the experiment, Married at First Sight's Season 15 couples will reach "Decision Day" and have to decide whether to remain married or decide to end their marriages and divorce.

However, Morgan and Binh's Decision Day came early, and so they were not featured in the latest episode.

The Married at First Sight broadcast began with four days to go until "Decision Day," and Stacia said she was having trouble talking to her husband about serious topics without triggering his insecurities.

But Krysten and Mitch were just all fun and games, with Krysten putting a green face mask on her husband's face and head.

Mitch said he had "a lot of fondness" towards Krysten and "a lot of affection." However, he still had "doubt" if they're necessarily the right match for a lifetime of marriage.

Stacia was then shown confiding in her friend Jewel about how Nate was worried to move into her new house on the off chance they don't work out in the long-term. Stacia's pal told her to focus on the positives as long as she feels Nate is the right man for her.

And Nate admitted to his father Joe that he was feeling vulnerable, like he was losing his identity in the marriage, and he didn't want to end up without a place to live. But Joe advised Nate nothing ever works out perfectly.

"If you guys are truly in love, then it will work," Joe told his son.

But Stacia was worried because Nate had never been in love before. She feared Nate was potentially going to go through the motions with her for three or four years and then realize he doesn't love her.

And Nate, on the other hand, didn't want to feel pressured into something he wasn't ready for, especially since he knew Stacia wanted kids and she's already 37 years old.

Meanwhile, Lindy vented about how she and Miguel were having "misconnection and miscommunication over and over again."

Lindy said when she offended Miguel, he stonewalled her and shut down, and she didn't know how to handle it. Lindy felt she was just being herself and her behavior made him act this way, and she broke down into tears because she was feeling "overwhelmed."

Krysten later met up with her friend Lila for cocktails, and Krysten said she felt calm and at peace.

In regards to her final decision about her marriage, Krysten said there was a lot of good with Mitch but he had her craving validation due to his lack of attraction to her at the beginning of the process. Krysten wanted Mitch to do some sort of grand gesture -- even just a verbal list of qualities he loved about her -- and ask her to say "yes" to him.

Justin was then shown FaceTiming his mother Sharon. Justin shared how he thought Alexis was automatically going to say "yes" to him on Decision Day and they'd continue to work on their relationship when he gave his beloved dog Maya away.

Justin just wanted to know if Alexis was going to say "no" to save him a lot of effort, sacrifice and anxiety, and he said he wanted to feel "desired" by his wife.

And Alexis told her mother that Justin has great qualities but she was "split" about what her decision was going to be. Alexis said Justin was in his head too much but she couldn't comfort his overthinking because he never welcomed her into his thoughts and concerns.

Alexis was afraid she and Justin would struggle even more once they're out of the "safety" of the experiment, during which they had relationship experts to rely on.

As for Mitch, he was comparing his current life as a married man to his past as a single guy with more freedom. Mitch missed certain things he was used to, such as surfing constantly. Mitch thought he could be happy with Krysten and make things work and be a great team together.

"I do love her. I have a lot of affection for her. We've been a team and living together for eight weeks, but I'm not IN love with her," Mitch lamented to his brother Matt.

Matt told Mitch a feeling of companionship and partnership are core things in a relationship that he really values, but Mitch acknowledged how he wasn't where Krysten wanted him to be feelings or emotion-wise eight weeks into their relationship.

"I can't give her that, and I certainly can't fake it -- and she knows that," Mitch said.

Mitch's friend worried that Mitch's expectations were too high, and he wondered if Krysten would accept a less emphatic "yes" on Decision Day on the basis he'd like to continue being with her. While he didn't love Krysten fully, he clearly wanted to keep spending time with her.

"It's confusing for me, and I just don't know," Mitch admitted.

With three days to go until Decision Day, the four remaining couples hung out together and blew off some steam by having a little fun.

Miguel admitted he was having "serious doubts" over the last week or so, but Krysten liked seeing Miguel and Lindy having conflict because it was clear they really liked each other and felt very passionate about things in the relationship.

Stacia pointed out how Nate had a lack of emotional experience, which irritated her sometimes, and he didn't want to trust her opinion on things. Stacia, for instance, said they could still have fun with an infant but Nate only believed that once he heard his father say the same thing.

Mitch could tell Stacia and Nate had a lot more positives than negatives in their marriage, and so he didn't seem worried about their future together.

Krysten revealed how she would say "yes" on Decision Day if Mitch was able to verbalize that he wanted to be married to her and really liked her, but Lindy told the cameras how Mitch was "a confused soul" and Krysten "deserves so much better."

Lindy didn't think Mitch could even give Krysten a portion of what she needs to feel secure in a marriage.

That night, Mitch took Krysten out to a nice dinner, and Mitch tried to be as open and honest as he possibly could. Mitch said if they chose to stay together, they didn't need to move too quickly.

Mitch said they should take a few days to date like normal people and then go from there. But Krysten said she needs clear lines to function happily in a relationship, with no confusion about where they both stand.

Mitch said he felt bad about not being able to give Krysten the commitment she wanted, and he asked how she would respond on Decision Day if he said he wanted to keep going but he couldn't declare his love or even say he's 100 percent sure that he wants to be with her for life.

"Is that good enough for you?" Mitch asked.

"Honestly, it's a start. I take every little bit I can get from you," Krysten replied. "Everything I take with grace. I'm happy to hear you're thinking about wanting to continue. I will take it... I think it will put me in a good space to think about what I want to do."

Mitch shared with Krysten how his one regret from the experiment was that he didn't play it cooler during the honeymoon. He said it was a real disservice to their marriage and he was sorry, but Krysten told him to forgive himself.

"I'm afraid to lose you, for sure, and I don't want to lose you," Mitch told his wife.

With only two days to go until Decision Day, Justin surprised Alexis with a big bouquet of sunflowers during their last dinner before Decision Day. He also decorated their dinner table with sunflowers all around since it's her favorite flower.

Justin acknowledged how he was in his head too much because he was scared, and a part of Alexis was really hopeful that Justin could still improve and correct on his flaws. She just wanted to make sure he'd really try and not just tell her what she wanted to hear.

Alexis told Justin that she was "proud" of self-awareness, and Alexis said she also needed to honor Justin and create a safer place for her.

When she asked what she could do better, Justin said she could initiate more when it comes to intimacy, even though she likes her man to be dominant in the bedroom. Justin said if he could tell Alexis was into her, then he'd be able to let loose and "be more freaky."

Alexis didn't want to ruin the day, but she confessed how she was still having doubts and needed consistency from Justin as well as understanding and a stronger foundation for the future.

"This isn't 'Best Friends at First Sight;' this is Married at First Sight. Either way, I think you're a great person and maybe we might be better off as friends. Who knows," Alexis told Justin.

Miguel and Lindy then enjoyed their last date together at a winery before Decision Day.

Lindy wanted to feel more secure with Miguel, who admitted he had ruined their last winery visit during the couples' retreat. Miguel said it was nice to make things up to her and that weekend was not an accurate representation of who he is and who he wants to be.

"Do I wish I had reacted differently? 100 percent. Do I wish I wasn't so sensitive and overreactive? Yes," Miguel told his wife.

"But it happened and I'm sorry for that. I'm trying to learn from that and move on and get to a better place where I don't go from zero to 100 when we have a disagreement."

And Lindy said she wanted to voice her frustration without feeling like Miguel was going to get turned off and bounce.

Miguel said he hadn't been the rock Lindy needed and he hoped he could be a pillar of strength that she could lean on going forward. Lindy explained how she needed Miguel to step up when she's low, but Miguel acknowledged how her strong personality sometimes overwhelmed him and caught him off-guard given she's so expressive and emotive.

Miguel told the cameras that Lindy's behavior could be a lot to handle and he wasn't sure he could be the husband that she needs.

"I don't know if I can be this person day in and day out," Miguel told Lindy.

Stacia and Nate then enjoyed a nice dinner out, and Nate wanted to know if she was all in. He also asked Stacia to share her flaws with him, and she didn't know how to answer that.

Nate told Stacia that his love for her was growing and he could see himself falling in love with her and being in love with her -- but he didn't want to force it and he'd figure those feelings would come with time.

Nate explained how Stacia was still "new" to him and he didn't even feel comfortable walking naked around her. Stacia worried Nate would never fall in love her because he had never experienced it before, even though he had lived with a woman for two years.

Stacia said if Nate loved her, his connection to her would feel deeper, like when they cuddled in the morning.

Nate found that offensive and hurtful, thinking that the affection he showed Stacia wasn't enough for her. Stacia said that wasn't true but she feared he was just going through the motions of living with her sometimes in the apartment.

"That is one of my concerns, I'm going to be flat out honest with you. I don't feel like I'm going to be able to make you happy and please you. And I feel like you're going to get bored very easy and you're going to feel like I'm not in love with you," Nate said.

"But you don't love me," Stacia pointed out.

"If you feel like we're going through the motions, that's a red flag to me," Nate replied. "Two months in, you're already questioning my love for you, and that hurts my feelings... I have deep feelings for you."

But Stacia said Nate was only zoning into a few words she said and easily got triggered. She essentially wanted to hear "I love you" when Nate thought he was showing his wife love in other ways, such as through his effort.

Nate got frustrated because he and Stacia were talking in circles, and so he said he was "done" and walked away from the conversation. Nate felt he had done "more than enough" to prove his love when Stacia wasn't feeling "the burning desire."

Stacia chased Nate down and said she understood that he didn't love her but she just wanted to make sure they were working towards that and he was confident he could feel that for her one day.

But Nate was upset because he felt Stacia had questioned his authenticity and sincerity before and now she was questioning if his actions and his attempts to cuddle and show her affection were genuine. Stacia insisted that's not what she was trying to do, but Nate was getting fed up.

"I'm getting to the point where I just don't care anymore," Nate snapped.

The night before Decision Day, Mitch let Krysten's dog Luna sleep in their bed. Krysten said she felt more confused than ever as well as emotionally exhausted and drained over what to do on Decision Day.

Mitch told Krysten before bed that she had made him a better person and he really appreciated how natural and easy it was for them to be a good team.

Mitch said while he wasn't in love with her yet, he did love her and appreciate her and think she's a good person. And Krysten said she had a lot of love for him too, and sometimes it felt like a romantic love.

"It makes me really, really sad to think this will be our last night," Krysten shared.

Meanwhile, Alexis wished she'd be going into Decision Day "full throttle" and absolutely knowing with confidence she'd end up with her man, and she said she wanted to believe that Justin would make necessary changes.

Regardless, Alexis told Justin that she's his No. 1 fan and she really wanted them to work out.

And Stacia told the cameras how she needed reassurance sometimes and Nate was acting like that's an ask far beyond what he's capable of and her expectations were too high. Stacia wondered how many more times Nate was going to blow up and have "tantrums." She didn't think Nate was using the tools he had been given.

Nate told Stacia the friendship aspect of their relationship gave him hope because he liked her personality and they had fun together. Stacia said she had tried to be honest and transparent and had no regrets.

Nate said he didn't feel great about spazzing out on Stacia earlier but people make mistakes and get emotional. He apologized for the incident and said he was regretful of that.

"Is it going to continue to happen?" Stacia asked.

"No, it's not," Nate replied.

Stacia asked Nate to use his tools in the heat of the moment and calm down instead of spouting disrespectful things that do damage.

Nate said he needed words of encouragement and positive reinforcement from his wife as well as to be recognized for his efforts. Nate wanted credit for his commitments, which would help him feel like he's enough for her.

Stacia said she wanted Nate to feel good about himself and they had a lot of hurt to work through.

"I want to be happy. Right now, I choose happiness over a marriage any day," Nate told Stacia.

With Decision Day only one day away, Alexis joked about how Justin would probably stalk her if she said "no."

Alexis wasn't sure if she could see herself being with Justin for the rest of her life. Alexis wondered how they could go from "so good to so bad" in such a short amount of time, but she acknowledged how she shouldn't put the worry before the problem.

And Lindy felt mentally prepared for whatever Miguel's decision was going to be, and she said she needed to put herself first. Lindy said Miguel had turned her world upside down and triggered her past traumas, and Miguel said he'd never want Lindy to feel controlled.

"'If you act this way, I don't accept you.' That's a form of control," Lindy explained.

Miguel said he'd keep that in mind and he didn't want Lindy to feel controlled if he's just trying to communicate with her. Lindy felt proud of herself for not screaming and yelling, but she questioned where that extra "venom" was going to go. Miguel said he'd be happy to help her with that.

"There's sh-t you've got to work on too," Lindy told Miguel.

Miguel said he and Lindy needed to reinvent themselves as spouses or else it wasn't going to work out.

Meanwhile, Mitch said if he and Krysten stayed together, he didn't want to rush moving in together. He said he was exhausted and just wanted to take his time with things. But Krysten wanted Mitch to realize things weren't going to change even if they changed their apartment or location.

"You've been a really good partner in a lot, a lot of ways. I am more so thinking about the match and the chemistry and the line of what you can live with and what I can live with -- and if we complement each other the best," Krysten told Mitch, adding that she wants an out-of-this-world love someday.

And Mitch said he really wanted to say "yes" but he needed to do some self-reflection and how the last eight weeks would translate into the future.

The episode concluded with each couple sleeping apart the night before Decision Day and Stacia calling her relationship "volatile."
