The 46-year-old singer and 36-year-old "America's Got Talent" host brought their 5-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, to Carey's annual Halloween party Saturday.

Carey masqueraded as a devil in a skintight red costume, while Cannon and Moroccan dressed as the Super Mario Bros. characters Luigi and Mario.

Monroe went as Rapunzel from the Disney movie "Tangled."

"Early Halloween Family Flow! #Ncredible," Cannon captioned a photo of himself with Carey and their kids on Instagram.

Retired boxer Floyd Mayweather and singers Tamar Braxton and Tameka "Tiny" Cottle were among the other celebrities in attendance.

Sources told TMZ that Carey's fiance, James Packer, wasn't present because he isn't a big fan of Halloween parties.

Carey and Cannon split in 2014 after six years of marriage and finalized their divorce in April 2015. The actor told Karen Civil in June that he and Carey remain on good terms.

"My ex and I are in a great place and are diligently moving things along so we both can continue to be happy," he said at the time. "I am happy for her and all her new endeavors, both personal ones and professional ones."

Carey last released the album "Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse" in 2014, and will star on the new E! reality series "Mariah's World."

Cannon will also appear on the show, which is slated to premiere Dec. 4.
