It's not news Kourtney Kardashian is done with Scott Disick for good, but she reportedly doesn't even really want him around their three children.

"Kourtney really seems finished with Scott this time," a source told People. "However, Kourtney won't allow Scott split custody. She thinks he is a drunk mess and not fit to be a parent without supervision."

The couple is still in the process of figuring things out, especially when it comes to their kids Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 9 months.

"Everything is getting finalized," the source said. "There is nothing in writing yet."

Disick, 32, has reportedly declined comment although he posted an image of the words "Never Give Up" on Instagram Monday. He and Kardashian, 36, have been broken up for over three months now.

Kardashian, 36, will "only agree to supervised and limits visits" between Disick and their children, according to the People source, adding that the couple is "also working out a financial deal."

While rumors have been circulating Disick is dating 18-year-old Lindsay Vrckovnik, a blonde Canadian model, the source said Kardashian -- who is looking better than ever and has been showing off some sexy looks recently -- is making her kids the priority, seems "much happier" and "relaxed," and is "doing really well."

Kardashian "keeps an eye on Scott via social media," the source explained. "[But she] has come a long way, and instead of getting upset about Scott's latest shenanigans, it helps her realize splitting was for the best. [Kardashian] knows he was hanging out" with Vrckovnik.

Despite the photos of Disick partying with Vrckovnik in New York and Miami, Disick has complimented Kardashian on social media a couple of different times. Just the other day, he called the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star "1 hot mama" when she shared an artistic nude photo of her backside.

"Although being a single mom is not easy, Kourtney is used to taking care of the kids by herself," the source told People.

"She has them on a great schedule and everything runs smoothly even when she is alone with them. She had some nanny help, too, since she is working, but she spends as much time as possible with the kids."

The source continued by saying Mason, Penelope and Reign are "her world" and she "loves being a mom."
