Justin "Jay" Starrett is still in the Survivor game going into the merge.

Jay is a 27-year-old real estate agent and former bartender from Fort Lauderdale, FL, who started playing Survivor's 33rd season as a member of the "popular, pretty people" alliance, according to castaway Hannah Shapiro, on the Vanua (Millennials) Tribe.

Jay, however, didn't agree with Taylor Stocker and Jessica "Figgy" Figueroa's decision to engage in a showmance. Once there was a three-tribe swap, Jay continued working with millennials but proved he's not afraid to make big moves.

Jay turned on his loyal and trustworthy ally, Michaela Bradshaw, so it will be interesting to see what happens next and whether he'll establish a voting-blocks method. Could Jay decide to team up with his current tribe's Gen Xers Bret LaBelle and Sunday Burquest after the merge?
