Justin "Jay" Starrett is playing a good Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X game so far, but he can't control the mistakes his alliance members make.

Jay is a 27-year-old real estate agent and former bartender from Fort Lauderdale, FL. He is part of the "popular, pretty people" alliance, according to castaway Hannah Shapiro, on the Vanua (Millennials) Tribe.
Jay isn't happy, however, he's working closely with two people who entered a showmance this early on in the game -- Taylor Lee Stocker and Jessica "Figgy" Figueroa.
