Joe Giudice reportedly came close to getting arrested on Saturday night.

The husband of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice allegedly got mad at his oldest daughter Gia Giudice for locking herself out of the house and trying to break in for several minutes, TMZ reported, and then a neighbor stepped in to diffuse the situation once Joe started screaming in the backyard.
According to a witness, police were called because Joe then got into a shouting match with the female neighbor, who allegedly cried out, "This guy is crazy, he's dangerous, call the cops."
When authorities arrived at Joe's New Jersey home, his daughters reportedly begged them not to take their father into custody. No arrests were therefore made after Joe and the woman settled down.
Joe's representative told TMZ that the woman began arguing with his client because she was displeased he was hosting a party with children around.

Joe is already in enough trouble. He and Teresa pleaded guilty to 41 counts of financial fraud in March 2014.
After reaching a plea deal, Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in jail on October 2, as was Joe, who will start his own 41-month sentence after his wife does her time. The arrangement was made so that one parent can always be with their four girls, who are all under the age of 15.
