Big Brother featured the new Head of Household, Jack Matthews, nominating Jessica Milagros and Kemi Faknule for eviction during Sunday night's Season 21 broadcast on CBS.

Jack, a 28-year-old fitness trainer from Chicago, IL, who currently resides in Tampa, FL, decided to put Jessica, a 30-something model from Chicago, IL, who currently resides in Oak Park, IL, and Kemi, a 25-year-old marketing strategist from Elkridge, MD, who currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, on the chopping block during the season's second Nomination Ceremony after hearing rumors they were involved with an all-female alliance.

The Big Brother episode began on Day 15, with Jack celebrating his HoH win. However, a bomb had dropped on all the houseguests that evicted players will all stay in the house and remain in a special "Camp Comeback" room.

One player will eventually earn his or her way back into the house.

Given Christie Murphy had nominated Ovi Kabir for eviction and sent him packing through a unanimous vote -- when she had insisted he was just a pawn -- she feared this twist in the game might totally ruin her game.

David Alexander was back in the house as well, but all he could do was play a social game. Evicted houseguests are not allowed to compete in Head of Household or Power of Veto competitions.

Ovi was ready to get back in the game "and go on a war path."

Kathryn Dunn finally felt safe in the house and admitted, "The b-tches were not conspiring against me."

Jackson Michie was also upset about the twist considering he had been responsible for David's ouster. Jackson didn't blame David for being mad at him, but he attempted to salvage their friendship by saying he had set him up to win the competition that had sent David packing.

David didn't know what to think or whom to trust.

Meanwhile, Ovi's "Whacktivity" power was just dormant until he could potentially win his way back into the game. He decided to use his power as leverage, hoping people would want to work with him and he could have powerful allies upon his return to the game.

Jack then pulled Michie aside for a chat just to make sure they were on the same page while Kathryn and David bonded. Kathryn advised David to sit back for two weeks and relax until the "Battle Back" competition.

Kathryn told David there were no alliances, but he insisted there are always alliances and she just wasn't privy to them. Kathryn corrected herself, however, and said one side of the house was not gunning for the other.

Nicole Anthony loved Ovi and was ecstatic he was still around, so she decided to tell him what had transpired behind his back. Nicole threw Jack's name under the bus, and Ovi laughed about how he had played him "for a sucker."

"These guys were giving me the run around. It changes the way I want to move forward, because honestly, right now, I'm not sure whom to trust," Ovi said in the Diary Room.

It then became time for the "Chaos Whacktivity" competition in Week 2 featuring Michie, Holly Allen, Jack, Sam Smith and Tommy Bracco.

The players were instructed to head to different cabins, and the competition required them to find a match for each of three special snakes.

After searching through what appeared to be dozens of snakes around the yard, the players also had to pick up the correct snakes and place them into containers next to their matches.

It was a terrifying task, especially for Tommy, but the players attempted to move quickly and swiftly around the yard.

In the end, Jack won the power. He planned to remain loyal to his alliance but protect his own game simultaneously.

For winning the competition, Jack learned his power could affect a future Power of Veto competition and may be used until only six players are left in the game.

After players are picked for a veto competition, Jack could decide to wipe the lineup clean and have the HoH and nominees pick new players. Jack's opportunity to force a random redraw would prevent him from getting backdoored during a week when he feels vulnerable.

"After all the chips have been drawn and all the players are set, if you don't like who's playing, you may stand and force the HoH and nominees to put the chips back into the box and do a whole new draw," Jack read from a card.

Jack decided to keep this information to himself and save the power for a week when he might really need it.

Afterward, Big Brother surprised the houseguests by revealing the winner of the next Power of Veto competition would win a trip to Fiji in addition to the veto.

Michie thought Holly was a great and attractive girl who brought a lot to the table, so he decided to invest his energy into her "rather than dealing with Kat."

Michie and Holly therefore snuggled up in the hammock, and once Michie expressed interest, Holly said he needed to stop sleeping with someone else at night. Holly was clearly referring to Kathryn, whom Michie had romantic interest in at the beginning of the season.

Michie admitted Kat was clinging to him tight but was just a "burden" on him, whereas Holly could help his game long-term.

Kathryn then interrupted the pair's conversation and sat with them in the hammock. Michie said Kat wasn't helping his game and "the juice [was] no longer worth the squeeze" anymore.

Jack acknowledged the Kathryn situation was "exhausting" and there was a possibility he could use his power to help Michie out. Jack wanted what was best for his Gr8tful alliance.

Michie then told Kathryn they needed to separate because he had to think with his brain instead of his heart in the game. Michie said he was receiving "a lot of heat" from their relationship, but Kathryn could tell no one was talking about them and Holly was involved in this.

Michie flat out said Kathryn was "a liability" for his own personal game in attempt to break things off with her, and she found that very offensive.

"I've been nothing but a good friend to you," Kathryn said.

Michie said he'd continue to have Kathryn's back, but she dropped all interest in him immediately and said in the Diary Room he basically sucks at this game and sucks at life.

Meanwhile, Isabella Wang, Jessica, Kemi and Nicole discussed putting together a women's alliance, and they called themselves Black Widow because the spiders at males. The girls also agreed on a Final 4 alliance.

But the only person Kemi trusted in the house was Bella, and Bella was well aware all-female alliances always crumble in the game and never work out long-term. The girls seemed so excited about their plan, but it clearly wasn't going to last.

Isabella then shared the news of this Black Widow alliance with Jack to prove her loyalty to Gr8tful.

With nominations right around the corner, Jessica attempted to talk game with Jack. Jack told Jessica that she's beautiful and wonderful but had heard about an all-female alliance she was spearheading.

Jessica denied the allegation and couldn't believe her alliance had already betrayed her. Jack was just trying to be transparent with the ladies in the house, and his plan was to nominate Jessica and Kemi for eviction.

The episode concluded with the Nomination Ceremony in which Jack decided to put Jessica and Kemi on the chopping block.

Jack said he respected their games and respected them as people but had heard through "multiple sources in the house" they had formed an alliance of their own and would nominate him for eviction if given the chance.

"In order to protect my game, I've made this move," Jack announced, before telling the cameras, "I need to be a gun for Gr8tful and take them out one by one."

Jessica intended to stir the pot, while Kemi said Jack probably should have backdoored her because she thrives under pressure and will save herself.
