"I've been struggling what to write here as I've been navigating a miscarriage. It felt like all my dreams were coming true to welcome another baby into our lives, to love and to complete our family," Jade captioned photos of her small baby bump and a sonogram picture.

"While our hearts are completely broken and we have been dealing with the deep and complex grief of the loss, we have been blessed to be touched by his soul for his short amount of time. I am forever changed."

Jade shared how she's "currently experiencing what is a called a missed miscarriage."

The Bachelor in Paradise alum explained of her unborn baby, "So while his heart has stopped and he has stopped growing (for some time now), my body hasn't released the pregnancy yet."

She continued, "I am hoping to do this naturally and am trusting in timing and in my body under the care of my provider. I've been carrying him with so much pride and cherish every moment still left with part of him, but it has also been equally as challenging and devastating."

Jade went on to tell her followers, "So while I hold my belly here, our sweet baby's body is resting in my womb as his soul soars."

"We love you with every piece of our hearts, baby Beau," she concluded.

Katie Thurston commented, "Sending extra love to you and your family. You allowing us into your life in this moment is impactful for so many and I hope you are surrounded with nothing but love and support during this time."

Jade and Tanner, who got engaged on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise and have been married for over seven years, are already proud parents of Emerson "Emmy" Avery, who turns 6 this month, as well as sons Brooks Easton, 4, and Reed Harrison, 2.

Emmy was born in August 2017, Brooks was born in July 2019, and Reed came into the world in November 2020.

But this wasn't the first miscarriage Jade has gone through while expanding her family.

Jade revealed on YouTube in February 2019 that she and Tanner "actually got pregnant" during their Fantasy Suite date on Bachelor in Paradise.

"We didn't find out until after, when I was back in Kansas City visiting him," Jade shared at the time. "I just knew that I was late and something felt different."

Jade took a positive pregnancy test and then planned to move in with Tanner -- but then she lost the baby.

"At the time, I didn't really grieve because I just didn't know really how to process it," Jade admitted.

"It was so much so fast. In a really bad way, it was almost like this relief. It wasn't really until after I had Emerson that I realized how much I love my child and how amazing of a miracle it is, and I think I really grieved that child much later."

And then in 2020, Jade had another miscarriage before giving birth to her second child, Brooks. according to Us Weekly.

"[I] had a chemical pregnancy the month before I became pregnant with Brooks," Jade disclosed via Instagram Stories in July 2020.

"I don't talk about [my miscarriages] publicly very much, probably because I still always cry even though a lot of time has passed, and it always catches me off guard that there's still so much more under the surface."

During an Instagram Q&A session with fans in November 2022, Jade said of possibly having a fourth child, "I sometimes imagine our family as a family of 6, but then I also can't imagine Reed not being the baby of the family! I go back and forth."

Another fan asked how she and Tanner managed to maintain a spark in their relationship after years of marriage and several babies, and Jade repeatedly insisted that a couple needs to "communicate" well and often.

Back in Fall 2021, Jade and Tanner -- who had just moved into a new home at that point -- admitted they needed to schedule intimacy in their marriage because their lives were so busy with three kids running around.

Jade and Tanner fell in love and got engaged on the Season 2 finale of Bachelor in Paradise in 2015, and they got married in January 2016 for a televised special on ABC.

After Jade and Tanner tied the knot, they later appeared on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars that same year.

The pair initially lived in the Kansas City area and built a home there, and then Jade and Tanner moved to the Los Angeles, CA, area.

Jade initially competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor's nineteenth season, while Tanner first appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's edition of The Bachelorette, Season 11 of the series.
