The reason behind Gabrielle and Julianne's departures is currently unknown, but the ladies only served as judges for one edition of the show and judges are often cycled out but return later. America's Got Talent also features guest judges at times.

Gabrielle and Julianne sat alongside Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel for America's Got Talent's fourteenth season, which wrapped earlier this year on NBC.

Simon, Howie and America's Got Talent host Terry Crews are all expected to reprise their roles on the series next year, according to an insider close to production.

Representatives for Gabrielle and Julianne did not immediately respond when contacted for a comment.

Gabrielle and Julianne had replaced longtime judges Melanie "Mel B" Brown and Heidi Klum for Season 14 of America's Got Talent.

Both Mel B and Heidi held a position on the judging panel from Season 8 through Season 13 of America's Got Talent. They also judged the show's America's Got Talent: The Champions spinoff.

As for what's next for Julianne, she'll be starring on the Netflix original Heartstrings alongside country icon Dolly Parton.

In addition, the actress and two-time Dancing with the Stars champion, who also judged the ABC reality dancing competition for multiple seasons, is joining Oprah on her "Oprah's 2020 Vision: Your Life In Focus" tour.

Gabrielle is currently working on L.A.'s Finest, a female reboot of the Bad Boys film franchise that turned her into a star, according to Variety. She also produces the Spectrum series, which has been renewed for a second season.

America's Got Talent crowned Kodi Lee, a 23-year-old pianist and singer, its Season 14 champion during the September 2019 finale over the Detroit Youth Choir.

Kodi -- a rare talent who is autistic, legally blind and suffers from Addison's Disease -- won the grand prize of $1 million as well as the chance to headline the "America's Got Talent Live" stage show that ran from November 7 through 10 at the Paris Las Vegas resort in Las Vegas.
