Below is what happened on Episode 7 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's fourth season.

GABRIEL and ISABEL

Gabriel was shown playing basketball with his friend Trey, a Miami native whom he had met about a year ago in Colombia. They were renting apartments in the same building, and Gabriel was thankful Trey could speak English.

Gabriel shared how he planned to propose to Isabel "very, very soon," but he had yet to buy an engagement ring.

Trey knew Gabriel to be impulsive, and so he reminded his friend that marriage is forever and maybe he'd want to take a step back and think about it a little more.

"She's already really possessive, especially over our friendship. Like, come on bro," Trey vented to the cameras. "Isabel does not really like me and Gabe's friendship... If she doesn't trust him, does that necessarily mean they should go and tie the knot right now?"

Gabriel assured Trey that his upcoming marriage wouldn't affect their friendship and Isabel knew -- and understood -- that Trey wasn't going anywhere.

Gabriel then revealed to Trey that he's transgender and had been born a girl. Trey was accepting and replied, "It's all good," but he apparently had no idea about Gabriel's sexual and medical history.

Gabriel said the fact he's transgender just never came up and he didn't want people to know his whole entire life.

"All of my other exes I've [been] with, either their parents never knew or they just found out by themselves. So I really need to talk to someone about me having to come out to Isabel's family, because it's really stressing me out right now," Gabriel admitted.

Gabriel said he started transitioning at age 22 and didn't want to go back to hiding. He just wanted to rip the Band-Aid off and get it done.

Trey was concerned about how Isabel's parents were going to handle this news, knowing it would be a lot for them to process and there may be major cultural differences.

Gabriel intended to remain optimistic and just hope for the best, and Trey noted that's all he could do.

Later on, Gabriel and Isabel went out for drinks, and she called Trey "a bad friend" and "a womanizer." She even labeled him "a dog" and said that friendship wasn't good for Gabriel.

However, when Trey met up with them, Isabel put on a good face and hugged Gabriel's friend at the table. Isabel tried to play it cool, but then she noticed "secretive" talk between the men, and she called Trey a liar.

"Her jealousy is really frustrating at this point. It's like, let me be free!" Gabriel lamented to the cameras.

Trey asked Isabel why she had a problem with him, and Isabel explained how she didn't like secrets and viewed Trey as a bad influence. Isabel admitted that she didn't trust Gabriel when he's with Trey because they could speak English together and try to pick up women.

Gabriel denied that type of behavior and said he wanted Isabel to be okay with his friendship because it meant a lot to him.

"You've got your hands full, buddy," Trey told Gabriel, before telling the cameras that Isabel clearly had lingering insecurities from past relationships.

The group then talked about how Isabel's father is religious and conservative, which made Gabriel more nervous to come out to him. Gabriel said the only negative comments he received online were from trolls or religious people, and so Isabel's father being so religious "terrified" him.

Isabel admitted that she didn't want her father to be upset with her, but she assured Gabriel that she'd be there for him.

Isabel said her parents had been right about her past relationships before and so if they didn't accept Gabriel, she didn't want them to feel right again. That's what apparently scared Isabel the most about her partner coming out to her family.

Three weeks into Gabriel's stay, it was time for him to meet Isabel's parents, which was going to determine her future.

Isabel's parents were happy about Isabel and Gabriel's relationship because they thought Gabriel is a kind man who loved, valued and respected their daughter. They believed Gabriel was quite different from Isabel's ex-boyfriends.

Isabel's parents knew Isabel and Gabriel shared a place and slept in the same bed, and they  didn't seem to have a problem with that.

During a big family dinner, Gabriel revealed that he had moved to Colombia to be with Isabel.

When asked how serious his plans were, Gabriel announced that he wanted to be with Isabel for the rest of his life. Isabel confirmed that her relationship was serious and she was very happy, and Isabel's sister Sara then declared how she liked Gabriel a lot. Everyone was smiling and happy.

Gabriel asked Isabel's parents what qualities they wanted in a man for their daughter, and her dad explained love and respect as well as having God in his heart.

Due to the religious twist on Isabel's father's answer, Gabriel became nervous about how he was going to react to the fact he's transgender.

JEN and RISHI

Jen and Rishi decided to find a quiet place where they could talk about their future together. Jen had told Rishi after meeting his female friends that she couldn't realistically live in a joint family and serve them all as Rishi's wife.

"It doesn't seem like you're compromising anything, and I gave up my whole life in the U.S. to come here and live, and it's been really hard for me," Jen explained to her fiance.

Rishi promised to give Jen all of his love, and he asked her what he could do for her.

Jen asked for his thoughts on living alone, as a couple, after their wedding, and Rishi said it would be a very big thing to live separately, according to Indian culture.

When asked if it would be a dealbreaker for him, Rishi said Jen living with him and his family would be his first choice. Jen, however, thought that was "a very bad idea."

Rishi said since Jen had moved to India for him, he'd be willing to live separately from his family.

"I don't know if I believe you. If your family said, 'We don't want that to happen,' is that going to be an issue? Are you going to say, 'Mom and family, deal with it?'" Jen asked.

Jen wanted to know if she'd ultimately take a backseat to his family's wishes, and Rishi said he was prepared to tell his loved ones that he didn't care what they thought and he was going to do things his way.

Rishi told the cameras that he loved Jen and was willing to risk losing his family for her, although it was going to be very hard for him.

But Rishi asked Jen for more time, in order to tell his family the proper way. Jen agreed to wait until the summer for Rishi to share the news of their engagement, but she begged him not to play her for a fool or go back on his word and disappoint her.

Jen basically gave Rishi a few more months, but she only had four months left on her Tourist Visa.

"I just hope I'm not setting myself up for more heartbreak," Jen said.

Jen then met with an immigration lawyer to figure out what she needed to do once her Tourist Visa expired. She was going to have to leave the country every 30 days.

Jen was thinking about going to another country rather than the United States, given that would be a shorter journey and she planned to end up in India with her fiance.

Jen learned that once she left India, she'd have to apply for the Tourist Visa again. Jen thought she'd have multiple entries in and out of India, but that wasn't really the case. Once she stepped out of India, her visa was going to expire.

The lawyer thought this was "crazy American behavior," and he told Jen that the safest choice would be to return to America and they couldn't change the situation.

"This is probably the worst news yet. It means I will have to go back to the U.S. and get a new visa, and who knows if I'll even get one," Jen shared in a confessional.

"I'm not going to be able to come back to India as soon as I thought. This situation just feels hopeless. It's like I'm banging my head against the wall. Anything meant to me is not meant to be this hard, like, message received, universe!"

The lawyer told Jen that marrying in India within 15-20 days would alter their course, but Jen said she wasn't ready to commit to marriage in less than a month. The idea even made her sick to her stomach.

Jen desired more quality, in-person time with Rishi, and she worried about having to go back to a long-distance relationship. She called the news "devastating and heartbreaking," adding, "I don't think it gets any worse."

Jen said she felt really dumb for not having looked closely at her visa. She wondered if this was God's way of telling her that this relationship was not going to work.

Jen then shared the bad news with Rishi, and she explained how it was going to be hard for her to find the motivation to fly back to India once she's back in her comfort zone with her friends and family in the United States.

Rishi told Jen that he didn't want to lose her because of "a f-cking visa." He said it was really hard for him to find love and someone like Jen, and she responded, "I do really love you."

Jen having to leave India was "a heartbreaking moment" for Rishi, and he hated the idea of being separated again. Rishi wondered if he'd have to wait years to reunite with Jen again.

Jen acknowledged that they still had some things to work out, but Rishi felt this visa issue was going to ruin everything. Jen apologized for not knowing this sooner, and the pair both broke down into tears.

It had been two years of challenges for the couple, and Jen wished everything could be easier. She said having a long-distance relationship was nearly impossible and this time would be harder since his parents would be pressuring him into an arranged marriage.

"I hope our love is strong enough for this relationship to survive," Jen noted.

DEBBIE and OUSSAMA

Debbie and Oussama were headed to Rabat in Morocco, and Debbie said she felt right at home and like everything was going to be okay. She said she felt safe, secure, happy, and like she was young again.

Debbie and Oussama planned to stay a couple of days in the capital city and then meet his mother and father in a city about an hour away. She then hoped they'd get married and rent an apartment in Rabat.

Debbie asked Oussama what his expectations were going to be once they got married, and he said he'd like her to be "half of a Moroccan woman," meaning she'd cook at home and clean his clothes. Oussama pictured them acting in traditional gender roles, as long as Debbie would have the patience to behave that way.

Debbie admitted cooking was going to be a challenge for her and she'd like to get takeout sometimes. Debbie envisioned them eating takeout and drinking wine together, but Oussama said they couldn't drink wine inside of their home.

Oussama said this drinking rule was a way of respecting his mother and father. He also thought bringing alcohol inside of the home welcomes demons and pushes the angels out.

Debbie was upset because this was the first time she was hearing Oussama wanted a traditional Moroccan wife. She joked about needing a drink just thinking about it.

Debbie and Oussama checked into a beautiful hotel in a historic part of the city, and Debbie said she could feel adventure, romance and intrigue.

Oussama then told Debbie that he wanted to get to know her family for a couple months and then travel back to America. He wanted to know her deeply before tying the knot, and Debbie said, "Wow, Oussama, I wish you would've told me that before I came."

Oussama said he was just being realistic, but Debbie didn't like hearing this -- and she said his words made her feel sick.

"We've been living in reality for over three years!... This isn't the Oussama I knew. I don't know what Oussama this is, but it's one I don't like!" Debbie vented in a confessional.

Debbie, attempting to maintain self-control, scolded Oussama for how she had "moved mountains" to be with him.

"I hurt my kids. I had expectations and I believed your word to me -- that you loved me and we were to get married. And now you're telling me you're not going to marry me and this is a two-month test drive?!" Debbie complained.

Oussama said he didn't tell Debbie this earlier because then she wouldn't have moved to be with him.

Debbie wished Oussama had asked her to slow down, and she told him that he had "screwed up big time." She said, "Shame on you."

Oussama explained how they had dated three years on social media and not in reality.

"I've spent enough time in your reality. You lied to me," Debbie complained.

"I still want to marry you," Oussama said.

"You know what? I don't believe you anymore," Debbie clapped back. "You have taken away my confidence in you. My expectations were that you were going to man up, and now, all of a sudden, you've changed your mind!"

Debbie told the cameras that Oussama was no longer her Prince Charming and she clearly didn't know him as well as she thought she did. Debbie said she felt sick, and then she walked away from Oussama deflated and upset.

KRIS and JEYMI

Kris woke up with immense pain in her neck and back. The pain apparently lasted a full day and night.

Jeymi's friends Alex and Leo were supposed to meet her girlfriend, but Kris wasn't feeling well enough to leave their apartment. Kris let Jeymi go and have a good time, and Jeymi assumed Kris just needed to relax and get more rest.

Jeymi explained to her friends how Kris had been in four car accidents and traveling on a plane flared up her previous injuries. Jeymi's pals were disappointed they weren't going to meet Kris that day, and Jeymi clearly felt awful about the fact Kris could barely move in bed.

Jeymi recalled having a "magical" night with Kris when she first arrived, and she shared how Kris may have to return to Alabama for a court date and postpone their wedding on the 21st of the month. (Kris would have to leave on the 20th of that month).

Jeymi's friends thought this court date was more than a coincidence; they seemed to think it was sketchy and suspicious that Kris was trying to leave one day before their scheduled wedding.

The men worried Kris was running from marriage and having regrets about her move.

Jeymi feared Kris was going to leave for a week and then a week would turn into a month or possibly even forever.

"It's obviously not a fairy tale. But we are a couple and I love her, and I feel like I have to support her," Jeymi explained.

Alex and Leo didn't want to see Jeymi end up with a broken heart, and Jeymi was struggling with her own doubts. Jeymi confessed that it was difficult to believe Kris' story about her stolen motorcycle and having to go to court.

NICOLE and MAHMOUD

Nicole and Mahmoud were trying to recover after a big fight over their differences, namely Nicole's choice of clothing attire and how she refused to cover up completely and dress conservatively to match her husband's demands.

Mahmoud recognized they're very different people, given she's an American and he's an Egyptian, but he said he loved her and wanted to try again. Mahmoud therefore apologized to Nicole, but she felt unwanted and confused, especially because they had argued in front of his mother.

Nicole scolded Mahmoud for playing games with her, and she didn't know what to say or how to react.

Mahmoud said the way Nicole dressed simply meant a lot to him.

Even though things were still tense between the couple, they decided to honor their visit with Mahmoud's uncle, who was considering helping Nicole start her own clothing line in Egypt. Nicole and Mahmoud didn't want to be rude and miss their appointment, but Nicole was still mad and had to pretend like everything was okay between them.

Nicole and Mahmoud then met up with Mahmoud's uncle Omar, and Nicole showed him some of her clothing designs. Nicole explained how she'd like to design conservative clothing that covers a woman's body since those styles are hard to find in America.

Omar thought Nicole's idea was good and Muslim would be receptive to her clothes, but he also noted that Nicole needed to wear a scarf and cover her hair. Omar then changed the subject and asked Nicole why she wasn't wearing a hijab, and Nicole refused to answer.

"Religion is very personal, and it's nobody's business why I'm not wearing the veil anymore," Nicole told the cameras. "I don't want to be rude. I'm mad at Mahmoud and I don't even want to be here right now."

Omar told Mahmoud that Nicole would have to be convinced to wear a hijab because she had agreed to convert to Islam and be Muslim.

Omar said Nicole needed to embrace and accept the culture but prayer was still most important. Nicole announced how Mahmoud needed to teach her how to pray, and she felt she was in crisis because she wasn't sure if she was having a problem with Islam or just Mahmoud's strict rules for her.

Omar explained that Mahmoud, as Nicole's husband, needed to teach her how to be a faithful Muslim, but Mahmoud was afraid to push Nicole too hard and ultimately push her away.

"I still don't know how to tell Mahmoud I'm questioning my faith and whether it's right for me because I think it would jeopardize our relationship. It's already teetering on the brink of collapse," Nicole explained in a confessional. "I feel like my marriage would be over."
