VH1 has announced the premiere of Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School starring Mo'Nique, a new reality competition series that will feature 13 of Flava Flav's spurned former Flavor of Love suitors attempting to transform from foul-mouthed floozies into respectable ladies.  Originally announced by VH1 in early November, Charm School is scheduled to premiere on Sunday, April 15 at 10PM ET/PT.

Under the tutelage of comedian Mo'Nique -- who will serve as Charm School's headmistress -- the 13 girls will be trained in proper etiquette and have their social skills put to the test in a variety of challenges.  In the end, the final girl left standing will receive a $50,000 prize.

Charm School's cast consists of 13 girls who were sent packing by Flava Flav during the first two season's of VH1's Flavor of Love.  Season One cast-offs Hottie, Goldie, Pumkin, Rain, Serious and Smiley and ousted Season Two suitors Bootz, Buckeey, Buckwild, Krazy, Like Dat, Saaphyri and Toastee have all enrolled at Charm School.

"Initially we had all the outrageous behavior you would expect from this group, but actually, many of the women were surprisingly transformed by the whole process," said Charm School executive producer Cris Abrego.  "It's really an amazing thing to see."  Added fellow executive producer Mark Cronin, "It's funny and moving at the same time to watch these ladies buff off their own rough edges."

Other than Mo'Nique, the Charm School judges are Essence Magazine beauty director and cover editor Mikki Taylor and Keith Lewis, president of The Morgan Modeling & Talent Agency.

Charm School was created and is executive produced by Abrego and Cronin for Mindless Entertainment and 51 Pictures, which also produces several other VH1 "Celebreality" series, including Flavor of Love, I Love New York, The Surreal Life and My Fair Brady.  Jeff Olde, Jill Holmes, Kristen Kelly, Stella Stolper and Michael Hirschorn oversee the series for VH1.

Beginning six days prior to Charm School's on-air premiere, VH1 will also make the first episode available for viewing on VSPOT, the network's Internet broadband channel.
