Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew's fourth-season cast will feature actor Jeremy London, former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel, former America's Next Top Model judge and The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency star Janice Dickinson, former Laguna Beach and The Hills star Jason Wahler, trust fund baby Jason Davis, musician Leif Garrett, and Frankie Lons, the mother of singer Keyshia Cole.

In addition to Dickinson and Wahler, several other fourth-season participants have prior connections to the reality realm.

Lons appeared on Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is, a BET reality series that chronicled her daughter's life, and later co-starred in Frankie & Neffe, a 2009 spinoff with followed Lons and her daughter Neffeteria Pugh, while Garrett competed on Ty Murray's Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge and Davis recently appeared on an episode of Bravo's The Millionaire Matchmaker.  Donald Trump also invited Uchitel to compete on the fourth season of NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice -- which will film this fall and air in early 2011 -- several weeks ago.

The Celebrity Rehab participations of London, Dickinson, Wahler, and Davis had all been reported in recent weeks.

London's wife Melissa London, Pointer Sister Bonnie Pointer, former Playboy Playmate and Lorenzo Lamas ex-wife Shauna Sand, and former A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila star Tila Tequila had also all reportedly been set to participate in Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew's fourth season -- which was reportedly delayed for more than a month because producers were having a hard time completing the celebrity cast -- but were not part of VH1's Sunday cast announcement.

Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew's fourth season will follow a similar format to the show's prior three installments, as the aforementioned celebrities volunteer to be treated by David Drew "Dr. Drew" Pinsky and his staff -- undergoing a 21-day detoxification and treatment at The Pasadena Recovery Center.

In addition, drug addiction counselor Bob Forrest and resident technician Shelly Sprague will both reprise their roles for the show's fourth season, which will consist of eight hour-long episodes.
