Tori Spelling and her family stepped out Sunday to show their support for a children's hospital.

The 44-year-old actress, husband Dean McDermott and their five kids were among the stars to help raise funds for UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital in Los Angeles.

Spelling and her family attended the 18th annual Mattel Party on the Pier at Pacific Park amusement park in Santa Monica.

Spelling, McDermott and their kids were all smiles in a photo the actress shared on Instagram.

"Our little family had such an amazing time today at #MattelPOP to help raise money for @UCLAMCH! #childrenshospital #pediatrics #familyforacause," she captioned the picture.

Variety reported actresses Tia Mowry, Tiffani Thiessen and Brooke Burke-Charvet were also present at the event.

Burke-Charvet was accompanied by her 10-year-old daughter, Heaven, and 9-year-old son, Shaya.

"My family is honored to be a part of their annual Party on the Pier for the second year in a row," the star said.

"It's a fun way to support all of the life changing work the hospital does for sick patients and their families."

Proceeds from ticket sales and all money raised at the event went to UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital.

Physician-in-chief Dr. Sherin Devaskar said the annual fundraiser makes "a real difference" in the hospital's ability "to provide world-class care" for kids.
