Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have a lot to celebrate this holiday season considering they just found out they're expecting a baby boy, but they also have a lot to worry about.

The former True Tori stars are being sued for nearly $200,000 after failing to repay a $400,000 bank loan, Us Weekly reported.

The new lawsuit was filed on Monday, December 19, and the court documents obtained by Us reveal that City National Bank is suing the couple for allegedly defaulting on a loan they were granted four years ago.

"As of December 2, 2016, Defendants [Tori and Dean] owe Plaintiff [City National Bank] an unpaid principal balance in the amount of $185,714.05, plus interest in the amount of $2,407.92 and late charges in the amount of $681.41, for a total of $188,803.38," the document reads.

"These amounts remain due, owing and unpaid. Interest, attorney's fees and costs continue to accrue."

Financial problems have plagued Spelling, 43, and McDermott, 50, for years.

American Express reportedly filed court documents in October ordering Spelling to pay the $87,594.55 she owed in an unpaid credit card bill, along with an additional $855 in court fees. The company first sued the pregnant reality TV star in January following several months of missed payments.

American Express alleged at the time Spelling hadn't paid her bill since June 2015 and then submitted a payment of $1,070, which bounced.

The couple, who also failed to pay state taxes from 2014, downsized their home last year to help with their money troubles.

Spelling is the daughter of the late Aaron Spelling, a multimillionaire who produced 90210 and left her with a surprising $800,000 in his will.

"It's no mystery why I have money problems," Spelling wrote in her 2013 memoir, Spelling It Like It Is, according to the magazine.

"I grew up rich beyond anyone's wildest dreams. I never knew anything else. Even when I try to embrace a simpler lifestyle, I can't seem to let go of my expensive tastes. Even when my tastes aren't fancy, they're still costly. I moved houses to simplify my life, but lost almost a million dollars along the way."

Spelling and McDermott are parents to Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 5 and Finn, 4. McDermott also has a son from his previous relationship with ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.

Spelling announced she's pregnant with her fifth child in early October, and just a couple of days ago, she revealed a baby boy is on the way. The parents were surprised with a gender-reveal Christmas tree in their home, Entertainment Tonight reported, decorated with sparkling blue ornaments, garland and candy canes.
