Each hour-long episode of Heli-Loggers will feature a group of loggers that use an enormous Boeing Chinook helicopter to airlift timber out of British Columbia's northern rain forest as they battle weather elements and time constraints.

The large helicopter used by the logging crew in Heli-Loggers is the only one of its kind in Canada, according to the network.

In addition to Heli-Loggers' premiere, TLC also announced that the second season of Street Customs, which follows the activities of the staff of Ryan Friedlinghaus' West Coast Customs custom vehicle shop in Corona, CA, will also premiere on February 5 and serve as the 9PM ET/PT lead-in to Heli-Loggers' debut.

Heli-Loggers is produced by World of Wonder, with Fenton Baily and Randy Barbato serving as executive producers.
