The Hills star reached a plea agreement on Thursday with Los Angeles prosecutors in which the misdemeanor driving under the influence charge she received following her October arrest was dropped in exchange for a no contest plea to one count of misdemeanor "exhibition of speed," People reported.

The 23-year-old was sentenced to three years informal probation and must complete a 12-week alcohol education program, attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week for eight weeks, and pay a fine, according to People.

Pratt was arrested around 3:45AM on October 18 in Hollywood after attending a birthday party for former I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! participant Holly Montag at L.A. nightclub Empire.

In November, she pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor DUI charge and said she would voluntarily enroll in a 30-day residential rehabilitation facility, however her lawyer said she never went.

"Ms. Pratt voluntarily sought help from a doctor regarding substance issues but the doctor recommended that she didn't need rehab," lawyer Jon Bryant Artz told People.

Pratt previously characterized the arrest as "the worst thing to happen to me and, at the same time, it was the biggest blessing."
