"It has been the hardest most wonderful eye opening experience that has ever been offered to me and I will forever be grateful. My kids can look up to me now and be proud... I'm going home with a smile on my face because I accomplished what I came here to do," Lisa said following her ouster.

"I'm so excited for my family and friends to really see the changes in me. I get to live my life now as opposed to hiding from my life or just suffering my life -- I get to live it now."

Lisa, a 31-year-old sales representative from Norman, OK, was voted out of the competition after she finished with the lowest weight-loss percentage at the week's weigh-in, which featured the seven remaining contestants weighing-in individually.

The Biggest Loser's tenth tenth-season episode began with the seven remaining contestants receiving makeovers and walking a fashion runway in front of a large crowd.

Upon exiting the runway, the contestants also received emotional reunions with their families. However, similar to last week's episode when her relatives declined to film a short video to support her, Ada Wong's family didn't participate and the 27-year-old high-tech company project coordinator from San Francisco, CA was greeted by a close friend instead.

Later on, the contestants participated in a challenge where they were had to climb a large flight of stairs up a railway or take the trolley back and forth until they racked up 100 points, which was the equivalent to 20 flights of stairs. The stairs and the trolley counted for five points and one point respectively, and the first contestant to reach 100 points was declared the winner of the challenge and won a brand new car.

Ada and Brendan Donovan, a 32-year-old special education teacher from Boston, MA, were in the lead throughout the entire challenge, but they teamed up near the finish and decided to give up the car to Patrick House -- who they believed needed it more than anyone on the ranch for his two young boys at home.

Following their last chance workout, the contestants then participated in their weekly weigh-in.

Patrick, a 28-year-old sales representative from Vicksburg, MS, started off the week weighing 301 pounds and lost 10 pounds, dropping to 291 pounds and giving him a 3.32% weight-loss percentage.

Elizabeth Ruiz, a 31-year-old medical assistant from Lawrence, MA, went from 201 pounds to 196, losing five pounds and posting a 2.49% weight-loss percentage at the weigh-in.

Brendan lost seven pounds at the weigh-in, dropping from 272 to 265 pounds. He posted a 2.57% weight-loss percentage and was declared safe from elimination, as he did not fall below the yellow weigh-in line that would determine which two contestants would be in danger of elimination.

Ada started off the week at 190 pounds and slimmed down to 185 pounds, losing five pounds and posting a 2.63% weight-loss percentage.

Mark Pinhasovich, a 31-year-old bartender and recruiter from East Brunswick, NJ, lost 10 pounds and posted a 3.24% weight-loss percentage -- he dropped from 309 pounds to 299 at the weigh-in.

Lisa did not shed even a single pound, putting up a zero on the weight-loss percentage board. With only Alfredo "Frado" Dinten left to weigh-in, Lisa fell below the yellow line.

Frado, a 43-year-old futures commodity trader from Staten Island, NY, dropped from 267 to 263 pounds. His four-pound loss only gave him a 1.50% weight-loss percentage which left him below the yellow line with Lisa, putting them both up for elimination.

The results left the other five contestants in the position to decide whether Lisa or Frado would be sent home from The Biggest Loser ranch.

After deliberating among themselves, the contestants met with The Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney, Frado and Lisa and revealed their elimination votes. Brendan, Elizabeth and Mark all voted for Lisa -- resulting in her automatic elimination as three votes were enough to constitute for her exit given her status as the weigh-in's least loser.

During a post-show update, Lisa said she has now lost 89 pounds from 288-pound starting weight and currently weighs 199 pounds.  In addition, she said she can now be the parent she has always wanted to be to her children and has taken it upon herself to serve as a mentor for another Oklahoma woman interested losing weight and learning about good nutrition and exercise.

"I didn't learn all of this stuff just for myself. I want to be able to pay this forward and really change someone's life, because there's no one better to teach you than someone that's been in your place," Lisa said.

"How I see my future now, is that I actually have a future. The possibilities are endless now and I can't wait to see what happens. I can't wait to see what I create. If I can do it, you can do it."
