The Bachelorette star Taylor Frankie Paul has opened up about how she conquers mental health struggles.

Taylor recently took to Instagram and posted a video in which she wrote, "Hearing someone say 'I'm struggling with my mental health' and I just listen as if I don't know ball."

Taylor captioned her post, "Trust me, I know ball."
"However, if I've learned anything, it's that more often than not, people just want to be heard," she continued.

"It's also important to validate yourself in whatever you may be feeling, or it just gets louder."
Taylor, who wrapped filming The Bachelorette's 22nd season late last year, said she's "forever grateful for the knowledge and tools" she has acquired over the years.
Taylor called the people who have helped her mental health issues "amazing," even if she doesn't "always utilize" their advice.
"Please note: I don't do all of this on a regular basis. I've trialed and learned. I do what I can, when I can," she wrote.
Taylor also listed tools and different types of therapy that have helped her.

As footage showed The Bachelorette star engaging in each practice, she rattled off equine therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol, art therapy, movement, massage therapy, trauma yoga, prayer, sound baths, psych education, grounding techniques, red light therapy, books, and podcasts.
In January, Taylor revealed that she was looking to reset after filming The Bachelorette, which was probably an emotional and stressful journey for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star.
"Love going off the grid for a few days to recharge," Taylor wrote on Instagram at the time.

"Never experienced anything like this. Can't wait to talk all about it, share it, show it," she teased on Instagram in December.
She added at the time, "Such a passion for what goes into something like this. Feeling so grateful to be part of the bachelor nation family and crew. I left the most 'me' picture for last. This will be worth the wait, stay tuned coming in March."
"Counting down the days," The Bachelorette host Jesse Palmer commented.
While Taylor wasn't allowed to speak on her experience yet, she set her post to "Rock 'n' Roll {Part 2)" and captioned it, "Let's just say, I myself was shocked."
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star decided to star on The Bachelorette after going through a divorce and difficult breakup in the public eye.

The mother of three children -- with "two baby daddies," as she likes to joke -- was married to Tate Paul.
Taylor and Tate got married in 2016 and welcomed two kids together: daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5.
Taylor had admitted to violating the rules of the couple's soft-swinging arrangement by becoming more intimate with another man in their friend group, which led to their separation and eventual divorce in May 2022.
Taylor then dated Dakota Mortensen for more than two years. She and Dakota welcomed a son, Ever True, in March 2024.
Taylor and Dakota appeared to split in late 2024, although Taylor didn't confirm their breakup until early 2025.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives -- which will premiere its fourth season in March 2026 -- showed Dakota and Taylor contemplating a reconciliation last year.

But allegations Dakota had sexted Taylor's family friend ruined any chance of that happening. Taylor also accused a former friend of sleeping with Dakota in late October.
Dakota has since thrown shade at Taylor on social media.
