Kaitlyn Bristowe's The Bachelorette season has basically just begun, but show executives are already eyeing their next star.

After comedian Amy Schumer made quite an impression on viewers during Monday night's The Bachelorette broadcast, Bachelor Nation seemed to race to social media to discuss how amazing it would be to have men fighting for her heart on an upcoming edition.
And ABC producers are not ignoring the hype.
In fact, The Bachelorette creator Mike Fleiss and the network's new reality chief Robert Mills are on "Team Amy" and absolutely want her to star on the reality dating series.
"Although, I love and respect each and every one of our leading ladies... Amy Schumer fans want her as next 'Bachelorette,'" Fleiss tweeted Tuesday.

"OK here is the official offer to @amyschumer to become #TheBachelorette. Just say yes and we start tomorrow. #DraftAmy," Mills wrote on Twitter Tuesday, which Fleiss later retweeted.
"We as a #Bachelornation are so #blessed. #LoveAmy #DraftAmy," Mills further campaigned on Wednesday.
Just two days later after Fleiss' initial post, he tweeted, "I will not confirm or deny that I am meeting with @amyschumer today at an undisclosed location in Beverly Hills."
Schumer, who admitted on television she's a huge fan of The Bachelor franchise and loves the show, replied with a joke on Twitter, leaving fans clueless as to whether she's really interested in the position.
"@Fleissmeister ok well I'll deny it. I have [a] show in Boston tonight. Have fun in bev hills!" the funny blonde wrote Thursday.

On Monday's night's episode of The Bachelorette, Schumer mentored Bristowe's batch of suitors for a group date in which they had to deliver a comedic performance onstage for a live audience. Schumer was honest and entertaining. She told cameras JJ Lane lacked charisma and a sense of humor, and she even called him an arrogant "turd."
Schumer, 33, placed fourth on the fifth season of NBC's Last Comic Standing and also finished as the runner-up on Comedy Central's Reality Bites Back. Schumer currently stars on the series Inside Amy Schumer, which also airs on Comedy Central, and tours around the world doing stand-up shows.
Schumer is apparently a shoo-in for the role of The Bachelorette's twelfth-season star if she wants and accepts it!
