"When I met Humberto, it was a no-brainer," Courtney, 37, told People. "I know this is meant to be."

The intimate outdoor wedding ceremony took place only four months after Courtney gave birth to their first child, Joaquin Ramon, in June.

Courtney and Humberto reportedly planned to have a big wedding but "scaled it way back" due to quarantine regulations and social-distancing as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

However, Courtney suggested the ceremony was still something out of her dreams.

"It feels really good to just have our nearest and dearest with us to celebrate," Courtney shared with the magazine. "Sweet and simple!"

Late last week, Courtney posted a photo of herself posing at the Montelucia Resort and Spa on Instagram.

"Heading into our wedding weekend feeling as relaxed as can be," Courtney wrote on Thursday, along with an emoticon surrounded with red hearts.

"Huge thanks to my maid of honor @rachlmolina & incredible Aunt @jejubrma for the pamper day."

Courtney and Humberto got engaged in December 2019, shortly after Courtney discovered they were expecting their first child together.

During the same month as their engagement, the couple learned they had a baby boy on the way.

"I can't wait to marry this man, with our son there," Courtney wrote on Instagram at the time, along with a photo of the pair holding up an "I Love New York" baby onesie.

"Easiest 'YES' I've ever said," she added.

Courtney gushed to Us Weekly in 2019 how she has "a level of comfort and connection" with Humberto that she's "never felt before."

"I never believed I that feeling of when you know, you know until I met him. Nor have I been with someone that I so clearly wanted to start a family with," Courtney said at the time.

The Bachelor alum met Humberto last year when they connected on Instagram.

"He had 'liked' a photo of mine on Instagram and I recognized his name. I remember like 10 years ago a friend of mine telling me about a guy she liked, Humberto. His name is so unique. I didn't put it together right away, but I was like, 'Wait, have we met before?' This guy is cute. Oh my gosh, he lives in Arizona,'" Courtney recalled to Us.

"I DM'd him and then we went out a couple of days later and we've been together for eight months. He moved in in July, and the rest is history."

Courtney reportedly called her relationship with the attorney "really effortless."

"He actually lived on the same street as me but six blocks away. We were in the same neighborhood. He definitely courted me," Courtney bragged.

"He took me on really nice dates... We planned trips, and we were together every day."

Courtney accepted a marriage proposal from Ben on Season 16 of The Bachelor during its March 2012 finale, but they called off their engagement that October.

Courtney began dating Arie Luyendyk Jr. only days after she called off her engagement from Ben.

Although the romance didn't last long, Courtney revealed in February 2016 that she still liked to make out with Arie "from time to time." Arie was also Courtney's landlord and the pair occasionally worked in real estate together in Scottsdale, AZ.

The pair's dynamic confused fans for years, but both Arie and Courtney insisted their relationship was completely innocent and platonic.

"I've been through [this process]. You go into this wanting this fairy-tale ending, and it's so rarely like that," admitted Courtney, whose engagement to Ben only lasted seven months.

Arie went on to become The Bachelor's Season 22 star, six years after his stint on Emily Maynard's season of The Bachelorette.

Arie ended up engaged to Lauren Burnham after a roller-coaster journey on the show, and now the couple is happily married with a daughter Alessi, whom they welcomed in May 2019.
