Tai, a 52-year-old from San Francisco, CA, worked as a gardener when he first appeared on Survivor in Spring 2016.

This all-stars season, the franchise's 34th edition, will premiere with a special two-hour episode on Wednesday, March 8 at 8PM ET/PT on CBS. The show's debut marks Survivor's milestone 500th episode.

Survivor: Game Changers, filmed in the Mamanuca Islands in Fiji in June and July 2016, will feature 20 castaways who are being billed as having made some of the biggest moves in the history of the game divided into two tribes, Mana and Nuku, that are each comprised of 10 veteran players.

Tai will be competing on the "Nuku" Tribe with Andrea Boehlke, Brad Culpepper, Sierra Dawn Thomas, Cirie Fields, Sarah Lacina, Oscar "Ozzy" Lusth, Zeke Smith, James "J.T." Thomas, and Debbie Wanner.

Below is a list of five facts Reality TV World has compiled about Tai Trang:

- Tai previously played on Season 32, Survivor: Kaoh Rong -- Brains vs. Brawn vs. Beauty, and finished in third place.

The Beauty castaway received zero votes at the Final Tribal Council when the castaways voted for Michele Fitzgerald to win because he was viewed as a flipper, especially to his former alliance members Scot Pollard and Kyle, who were on the original Brawn tribe.

Tai's good pal Aubry Bracco, a Brains castaway who is also returning for the Game Changers season, placed second on the Kaoh Rong edition.

- Tai is best remembered for his bromance with Caleb Reynolds as well as his endearing love of animals and nature. He befriended a chicken and didn't let any of his hungry castaways kill it. Sia also announced on the reunion show she was going to donate $50,000 to an organization called P.A.W.S. on Tai's behalf.

- He has been a part of the AIDS Life Cycle ride, a seven-day camping and bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, for the past 13 years.

Tai has raised over $75,000 for the LA LGBT Center and SF AIDS Foundation.

- Tai told Reality TV World after the finale aired on CBS that he was not surprised about the jury votes because Michele was viewed as the underdog.

He also had no regrets from his gameplay although he spent many hours after the game thinking about "what ifs."

- Tai said he believes he is most like former Survivor castaways Spencer Bledsoe, due to his positive spirit and determination, and also Bob Crowley, who is an older, kind and likable player.
