The 32-year-old club promoter discussed his future with the 36-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star on Wednesday's episode of the "Kyle and Jackie O Show."

Reconciliation rumors have been swirling about the pair, who had several friendly reunions in the recent months following their break-up last summer.

"She's my best friend. I love her to the day I die," Disick declared. "We're just trying to make the best of it and life goes on. Things aren't easy, but things are going very well right now. I'm just happy that we're able to be on good terms."

"I never thought a lot of things were going to happen in my life the way they did. So I don't really rule anything out," he said of getting back together. "I don't have plans in my mind of what's going to happen. So you know, if things are meant to be they will be."

"I'm not really thinking about dating at this point in my life," the star revealed. "There was things we both needed to work on, so as of right now, we're in a good place. I don't know if either of us want more than where we're at."

Disick and Kardashian sparked fresh reconciliation rumors this week by announcing they're getting back together in a Snapchat video.

The pair were joking in the clip, but many commented on their very real-seeming chemistry.

"By the way everyone relax, people that have three kids together spend time together," Kardashian previously told her followers.
