Sa'Rayah feels once she learned she had to sing for the "Instant Save" against Aaron Gibson on Tuesday night's The Voice results show, she believed her chances of staying were slim to none.

"At that point, I felt like I knew I was leaving," Sa'Rayah, a 28-year-old from Chicago, IL who currently resides in Country Club Hills, IL, told reporters during a Wednesday conference call following her The Voice elimination.

However, Sa'Rayah didn't come to that conclusion because of Aaron the singer. She simply felt defeated because Aaron, a 25-year-old from Atlanta, GA who currently resides in Kennesaw, GA, just so happened to represent Miley Cyrus' team.

"The reason I say that is because of who his coach is. Miley Cyrus -- and I'm just going to be totally open here -- has a huge following, and The Voice allows the coaches to weigh-in on telling their fans to vote for their teammate," Sa'Rayah explained.

When Sa'Rayah and Aaron were declared the bottom-two artists in the Top 12, they each had to sing a song in the hope home viewers would tweet to save them. Sa'Rayah belted out "Rock Steady" by Aretha Franklin, while Aaron performed a cool version of "Lego House" by Ed Sheeran.

Sa'Rayah represented Alicia Keys' team after previously being stolen from Miley's team in "The Battle Round."

"At the point I was up against anybody on Miley's team, I knew that I was going to be going home," confessed Sa'Rayah, who lost the "Instant Save" after Aaron racked in over 60% of the tweets.

"Although it's a little unfair, it's the reality of it. She has triple the followers that Alicia Keys has, so they both tweeted out, but [Miley] tweeted out to 55 million people that follow her. So I kind of knew what my fate was going to be at that point."

As much as Sa'Rayah would have loved to stay in the competition, she revealed to Reality TV World during the call that losing to Aaron was the best-case scenario.

"I kind of felt like if it was anybody I was going to lose against, I wouldn't mind it being Aaron. Because what people don't know is that we really established such a great relationship and a true love for one another," Sa'Rayah explained.

Sa'Rayah said she established such a relationship with Aaron when her original coach, Miley, had paired them together for a Battle earlier in the season. (He also won that Battle).

"So when it was he and I standing there hand in hand, we were literally like, 'Listen, I love you.' And he was like, 'Whatever happens from here, it happens.' But I would rather it be nobody other than him, you know?" Sa'Rayah told Reality TV World.

"So, yeah, it was definitely like a deja vu moment happening, but I feel like I'm very happy with the results of everything at the end of the day."
