NBC has announced that the August 10 fourth episode of “The Restaurant” won its hour in all key demographics, with a commanding 46 percent margin of victory among adults 18-49. “The Restaurant” built by a best-yet 13 percent on its 18-49 lead-in from the hit drama “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.”

For the week, NBC’s balanced schedule of scripted and unscripted programming claimed eight of the week’s top-20 programs in 18-49, more than any other network, including a top-20 show on five different nights of the week. The Peacock lineup featured three of the week’s top four reality programs (“For Love or Money 2,” “Who Wants to Marry My Dad?” and “Fear Factor”).

Summer-to-date, several of NBC’s first-run reality shows have generated gains over year-ago 18-49 slot results, “Last Comic Standing” by 32 percent, “Fame” by 17 percent, “For Love or Money 1” by 10 percent, “Meet My Folks” by 9 percent, “Dog Eat Dog” by 7 percent and “The Restaurant” by 6 percent. “For Love or Money 1” is the summer’s #1 series in 18-49, tied with CBS’ “CSI.”
