People's Choice Awards 2016 honored a handful of big names in reality TV on CBS Wednesday night.

The Voice, Fifth Harmony, Blake Shelton and Carrie Underwood all walked away with a People's Choice Award last night.
NBC's reality singing competition The Voice won Favorite Competition TV Show, former The X Factor finalist Fifth Harmony won Favorite Group, The Voice coach Shelton earned the honor of Favorite Male Country Artist, and American Idol's fourth-season winner Underwood won Favorite Female Country Artist.
The Voice defeated fellow nominees America's Got Talent, American Ninja Warrior, Dancing with the Stars and MasterChef. The Voice won the award for the third straight year, and Season 9's winner Jordan Smith celebrated its victory with a performance featuring David Foster.
The Voice, however, lost the more general category of Favorite TV Show.

Fifth Harmony beat out Fall Out Boy, Imagine Dragons, Maroon 5 and One Direction. The boyband One Direction was also discovered on The X Factor -- but its UK version -- after Simon Cowell put five random male singers together.
Shelton took home Favorite Male Country Artist instead of Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, American Idol judge Keith Urban, and Luke Bryan.
Underwood defeated The Voice Season 3 winner Cassadee Pope, fifth-season Nashville Star finalist Kacey Musgraves, first-season Nashville Star finalist Miranda Lambert, and Reba McEntire for Favorite Female Country Artist.
A few other artists with reality TV ties were up for awards but left empty-handed.
Idol judge Jennifer Lopez was nominated for Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress but lost to Dakota Johnson. First-season American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson was up for Favorite Pop Artist but lost to Taylor Swift. And Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kylie Jenner lost The DailyMail.com Seriously Popular Award to Maddie Ziegler.
