Citing an Internet report in London, In Touch Weekly reported that the Grammy-award winner is facing allegations that her contract with the company Glaceau, to promote her own Vitaminwater flavor, is reliant upon her ability to lose weight.

Clarkson has reportedly switched to an all-organic diet during her "Addicted" tour, and signed on to the advertising campaign as part of her decision to forgo drinking sodas.

A representative for the "Thankful" singer has denied the Internet rumors and said Clarkson's contract is not in any jeopardy, the magazine said.
