Sources told Us Weekly magazine the 32-year-old country star and first-season "Nashville Star" finalist was on hand to care for the 27-year-old singer after East broke his collarbone during their recent vacation in Aspen.

"It was a nasty fall but Miranda was there and helped him heal, took him to get treated," an insider said. "So it wasn't quite the fun holiday trip they wanted, but they were still happy to be together and he's really happy she was there nursing him by his side and making sure he was okay."

"He's been in a lot of pain but [is] going to rest and heal up now that they're back home," the source added. "It was still great to be together, happy and in love over the holidays despite the accident, and they are looking forward to a good new year together."

Lambert and East have reportedly been dating a few months, but went public with their relationship just last week. The country star shared a photo of herself with her beau Jan. 1 on Instagram, writing, "The snuggle is real... @andersoneast."

Lambert and husband Blake Shelton divorced in July, and the 39-year-old country star has since pursued a high-profile romance with fellow "The Voice" coach Gwen Stefani. Sources told E! News this week the two women have a mutual respect and drama-free relationship.

"[Miranda] thinks [Gwen] is an extremely talented artist," an insider said. "Miranda is happy that they are doing well and wishes the best for them. Miranda is focusing on herself and enjoying her new relationship. Miranda is in great spirits!"

"Gwen thinks very highly of Miranda and really likes her music," the source added. "Gwen thinks it's great that Miranda is dating and in a happy place! Gwen is not the kind of woman to be catty at all, and she avoids drama at all accounts."

Lambert, who recently followed Stefani on Twitter, last released Platinum in June 2014, and will open for Kenny Chesney on his Spread the Love tour this summer. East debuted his first major studio release, Delilah, in July.
