Married at First Sight star Bennett Kirschner is dishing on the moment he said "I love you" to wife Amelia Fatsi and has revealed why exactly he's in love with her.

Bennett, a 28-year-old artistic director from Montvale, NJ, with Amelia, 27-year-old medical resident from Richmond, VA, were matched by Married at First Sight experts Pastor Calvin Roberson, Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Dr. Viviana Coles to wed on Season 11 of the series.

During Wednesday night's episode of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, Bennett watched back a Season 11 clip in which he gushed about having professed his love to Amelia during a hike in the woods off-camera.

Amelia then told her husband on-camera, "I love you too," to which Bennett joyously replied, "You do?!"

On Unfiltered, host Jamie Otis, who starred on Season 1 of Married at First Sight, asked Bennett whether he always planned on telling Amelia that he loved her during their hike.

"No," Bennett confirmed. "It just felt like an appropriate time. We were having a great time on a hike together and, yeah, it just felt like the right time."

Viewers didn't see the actual moment Bennett told Amelia, "I love you," so he painted a picture for Married at First Sight fans.

"I think we were just reminiscing and talking about our relationship, and I was just open about it. I said, 'We've reached the place where I can honestly tell you that I truly and deeply care about you and I love you.' And we smooched," Bennett recalled.

"It was a very sweet, romantic moment."

Given some critics might say Bennett was just infatuated with his wife nearly one month into the experiment, Jamie asked, "Bennett, do you really feel like you're in love with Amelia?"

"Yes," Bennett replied.

"And what is it that you love about her?" Jamie asked.

"Whoa, that's a big question! Let me name the ways I love thee!" Bennett jokingly responded.

On a more serious noted, Bennett said, "Yes. We've only known each other for a month but I certainly feel like I am gravitating towards her with that energy."

Bennett elaborated, "I love so many things about [Amelia]. She is so funny, she is such an attentive and thoughtful listener, she's effortlessly easy to be around, she makes me feel very comfortable in my skin and I'm able to be vulnerable."

"There are so many wonderful things about her. I could go on for several minutes talking about it," Bennett gushed.

Jamie commented how that was "the sweetest thing" she had ever heard on Unfiltered.

In the latest episode of Married at First Sight, Amelia and Bennett were shown growing deeper in love as they quarantined at home amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. ("Decision Day" was postponed due to the lockdown in New Orleans and Married at First Sight production shutting down).

Ten weeks into their marriage, Amelia and Bennett said their relationship was stronger than ever.

Bennett also agreed to split his time between New Orleans, where the couple was living together after tying the knot, and Richmond, VA, where Amelia had to move for her medical residency.

Pepper joined Bennett on Unfiltered and seemed ecstatic that Bennett and Amelia's relationship was thriving after a month, especially since she was a huge advocate for matching the couple in the face of resistance from Pastor Cal, who worried Bennett wasn't career-focused and grounded enough to marry the driven doctor.

Pepper ultimately had to convince her fellow Married at First Sight experts to see her way because she thought Amelia and Bennett would be a match made in heaven with their whimsical hobbies and unique personalities.

"I am so happy [Bennett and Amelia] are proving me right so far. I mean, we're only halfway there, but I just felt this couple," Pepper shared.

"I felt their quirkiness, their imagination, their intelligence, their view of the world, their values -- I just couldn't see anything that didn't fit, and remarkably only for each other."

Pepper added, "We were so lucky to have the person that other person needed! And yeah, I told my two colleagues, 'You have to do this. This is not an argument, you just have to do this."

Pepper insisted it's not crazy for Married at First Sight couples to fall in love after a short time of filming.

"It doesn't strike me as crazy at all," Pepper explained.

"They are in this every day trying to figure each other out and having all kinds of experiences, sharing vulnerabilities. It's on hyper-speed and hyper-speed emotions happen too."

Amelia and Bennett weren't the only couple to fall in love one month into the Married at First Sight process, as Woody Randall and Amani have also professed their love for another another and seem completely smitten.

Married at First Sight's eleventh season also stars Brett Lindsey and Olivia, Henry Rodriguez and Christina, and Miles Williams and Karen Landry.
