Five pairs who have previously appeared on a reality show will be working out their issues and getting to the root of their relationship problems during intense concentrated therapy led by husband and wife Boot Camp directors Jim Carroll and Elizabeth Carroll.

The couples are as follows: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from The Hills, Aviva Drescher and Reid Drescher from The Real Housewives of New York, Natalie Nunn and Jacob Payne from Bad Girls Club and Bridezillas, Tyson Apostol and Rachel Foulger from Survivor: Blood vs. Water, and Syleena Johnson and Kiwane Garris from R&B Divas.

The second season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars will feature the couples facing demons and damage from their past which are ultimately destroying their marriages. For example, a "Divorce Court" drill featuring the famous Judge Lynn Toler will expose secrets and make the couples go through the tough process of contested divorce.

In the premiere episode, Heidi and Spencer reveal starting a family has caused tension because Heidi wants children immediately and her husband wants nothing to do with parenthood, and Reid struggles with Aviva's desire for fame and controversial friends.

Jacob can't help but be jealous and disapprove of Natalie's racy photos on social media, while Natalie is frustrated with their long-distance relationship due to his pro football career. Tyson isn't exactly ready to marry Rachel after six years together, but Rachel doesn't want to wait any longer to walk down the aisle.

Lastly, Kiwane, who's supporting his wife and family as a stay-at-home dad, has a dark secret he's keeping from Syleena and finds it difficult to communicate with her.

The debut broadcast will also feature the couples taking a lie-detector test and witnessing many surprises along the way.

"The stars will be asked the most outrageous questions including the 'Deal Breaker' one whose answer, if revealed immediately, has the potential to destroy their relationship for good. Chaos then soon erupts and battle lines are drawn when for the first time, a reality couple questions Jim and Elizabeth's boot camp methods," according to WE tv.

Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars will ultimately end with each couple deciding whether they want to stay together and work things out or call it quits and potentially divorce.
