Jinger Duggar and her husband Jeremy Vuolo say their wedding day was everything they imagined and much, much more.

"I told the girls, 'I need the bridesmaids to enter behind me,' because I thought I would collapse when I saw him," Jinger, 22, told People.

But the Counting On star held it together when her father Jim Bob Duggar walked her down the aisle. She stunned in a hand-beaded lace gown which featured a 13-foot train.

Jinger and the former soccer player shared their very first kiss when they both said, "I do," as the couple adhered to the Duggar family's strict rules of courtship, which include chaperoned dates and no kissing or hand-holding.

"I wasn't nervous at all," Jinger said of that intimate moment at the altar. "I couldn't wait for it. It's like he couldn't say it soon enough."

Jinger and Jeremy exchanged vows in a romantic wedding ceremony at John Brown University's Cathedral of the Ozarks in Siloam Springs, AR, on November 5 in front of approximately 1,000 guests.

"It was a dream come true," Jeremy told the magazine. "We've been counting down the hours until this day."

Jinger's sister Jessa Duggar reportedly served as the matron of honor while Jeremy's brother, Charles Vuolo, was the best man in the wedding. The groom's father, Chuck Vuolo, officiated the ceremony.

All 19 Duggar kids were in attendance, including Jinger's older brother Josh Duggar, whose son Michael took on the important job of the ring bearer.

The reception boasted a sophisticated fall palette of burnt orange, eggplant and olive hues, according to People, because Jinger loves the outdoors and beautiful landscapes.

As for food, the guests munched on pickled okra, cheese and crackers, and meatballs, followed by vanilla-flavored "naked cake" covered with grapes and berries. The newlyweds left the celebration in a decorated vintage Jaguar.

"They really balance each other out," Jinger's mother Michelle Duggar explained. "Jeremy is a strong leader, and Jinger is such a gentle people-person and a great follower."

Jinger and Jeremy met in May 2015 through his friend and now brother-in-law Ben Seewald. The pair got engaged in July 2016, just one month after announcing their courtship.

Jinger's nuptials will be featured in a TV special called Counting On: Jinger's Wedding, which is set to air on Tuesday, November 15 at 8PM ET/PT on TLC.
