Jersey Shore star Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola has welcomed her first child with fiance Justin May.

"Welcome to the world my rainbow miracle baby," Sammi, 38, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, August 26. "Vincent Keith May. August 20, 2025."
Sammi and Justin's little bundle of joy was born at 8:18PM, weighing eight pounds and four ounces. He also measured 20 inches long.
"After this very long journey to get here, words cannot describe how blessed and truly grateful we are," Sammi captioned a carousel featuring sweet photos of her newborn, both inside and outside of the hospital.
"Forever living in our baby love bubble until further notice. Thank you God."

She concluded, "Ok I can't stop crying happy tears. Thank you God."
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "JWoww" Farley were among the Jersey Shore stars to congratulate Sammi and wish her family well.
Sammi had announced she was pregnant in February, and a few months later, she revealed that she was expecting a baby boy.
Sammi had shared the gender reveal in May in front of the Jersey Shore cast at a party.
Sammi documented her quest to become a mother and her experience with vitro fertilization (IVF) on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, which currently airs on Thursdays on MTV.

During a November 2024 episode, Sammi shared with her roommates how she had suffered a miscarriage after beginning her IVF journey.
"This has been a very long process, it's been a lot of shots, it's been a lot of hormones," Sammi explained in a confessional.
"Just the thought of even being pregnant was such a magical moment for me, and just to have that taken away -- it's devastating."
Justin and Sammi had begun dating in Summer 2021, and Justin proposed marriage to his sweetheart in April 2024.
Sammi has since gushed about her love for her man and how he was "so positive and uplifting" through their most challenging times.
