Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez gave fans a glimpse of their workout routine in a new video this week.
The 48-year-old singer and actress and 42-year-old retired MLB player showed off their This is Us-style pushups during a couples workout Wednesday.
Rodriguez shared a clip on Instagram that featured him doing pushups with Lopez lying on his back.
The moment was reminiscent of a flashback scene in "This is Us" where Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) shows his commitment to son Randall (Lonnie Chavis) by doing the same.
"Comeback!!! Oops...maybe not. #VegasPrep #Trufusion #NYC @jlo @davidkirsch," Rodriguez captioned the video.
Lopez and Rodriguez were later spotted snapping selfies on the set of the actress' NBC series, "Shades of Blue," according to People. Lopez, who is filming Season 3, told fans Tuesday she was getting back to work.
"Love our weekends..." she captioned a cozy photo with Rodriguez. "Now back to work!! #riseandgrind #workhardhavefun #livelovelaugh."
Lopez and Rodriguez were first linked in March and confirmed their relationship the same month. Rodriguez had nothing but praise for the singer while launching his new UFC gym in Miami this month.
"She is a great jock, a former track star in school, and I enjoy working out with her," he told People.
