Jacqueline Laurita may have gotten off the hook for allegedly assaulting fellow The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub, however her teenage daughter wasn't so lucky.

Laurita's daughter Ashley Holmes was found guilty of one count of assault in municipal court on Friday after Staub filed a criminal complaint her following the November incident, The Bergen Record reported.

The 19-year-old Holmes will have to pay a $189 fine, which includes a $33 court cost.

"Ashley was found guilty of the simple assault charge and the judge dismissed the harassment charge," Holmes' attorney Scott Baker told The Record.

"The judge was very sympathetic and I want to thank the prosecutor; when it came down to sentencing Ashley, Mr. Melani also expressed sympathy for Ashley and asked the judge to be extremely lenient."

Staub's criminal complaint was the result of a November 11 incident in which Laurita and Teresa Giudice had allegedly cursed, threatened and chased Staub after a fashion show at a New Jersey country club.

One of the Bravo reality show's camera crews was also present during the fight, according to the police report.

Although she dropped the complaint against her two co-stars in December, Staub moved forward with her complaint against Holmes -- whom Staub claims chased her down in the country club's parking lot and shouted "I'll kill you" before pulling her hair so hard she ripped an extension out by the roots.

"I'm just a little afraid, to be honest with you," Staub told the judge at the time, adding she also felt "threatened."

While Staub's December courtroom appearance was filmed by The Real Housewives cameras, they apparently weren't there on Friday.

"I was glad the cameras didn't show and the proceedings took place like any other proceedings in courts," prosecutor Tom Melani told The Record.
