HGTV has announced Season 2 of Flip or Flop Atlanta will premiere Thursday, September 13 at 9PM ET/PT.

Starring expert house flippers, Ken Corsini and Anita Corsini, Flip or Flop Atlanta will feature the couple transforming lackluster Southern homes, showcasing their sharp eye for the investment potential in the city's worst properties.

Ken, a licensed contractor, and Anita, a real estate and design expert, will search for neglected houses in Atlanta's coveted neighborhoods and infuse them with charming details to create dream family homes.

During each renovation, Ken will crunch the numbers, while Anita will incorporate high-end finishes into every design. Anita will, however, stick to the budget to attract buyers in this popular real estate market.

"Sometimes you must spend money to make money," Anita said in a statement. "The special touches we add make a big difference and help knock buyers' socks off."

"We take on the toughest projects and turn them into some of the best homes in the South," Ken added.

Flip or Flop Atlanta's stars run a successful real estate and construction company while raising three young children. The pair have learned to stay calm under pressure and have fun in their job and relationship.

"We've been married a long time and truly love working together, but sometimes we don't see eye-to-eye when we are flipping houses," Ken explained of their team dynamic.

"We do, however, make a lot of corny jokes in the process," Anita noted. "For us, the best part is showing viewers our silly and goofy side. Our team knows how to work around our craziness and inside jokes."

In the premiere episode of Flip or Flop Atlanta's second season, Ken and Anita will redeem and completely gut "a dilapidated Craftsman with a small price tag," according to the network.

In addition to securing its foundation, the couple will maximize the property's limited square footage and create an open living area that features a kitchen with "an eclectic vibe."

Ken and Anita will also be showcased building a master suite with a rustic barn door built from the home's salvaged wood siding.

Flip or Flop Atlanta debuted on HGTV in July 2017, and the network announced it was renewing the series for a second season in August of last year.
