Farrah Abraham had "a wake up call" after a botched plastic surgery procedure on her lips, but it apparently wasn't enough to stop her from going under the knife again.

The 23-year-old former Teen Mom star appeared on Monday's episode of The Doctors and revealed some details about the horrible allergic reaction she had suffered before getting lip injections earlier this month and how that's going to affect her cosmetic surgery choices in the future.

"As soon as he touched my lip with whatever numbing product he put in there, my lip was having an allergic reaction right away. I was laying down flat, but I was seeing more of my lip come up and come up. I'm just super happy that I'm alive," Abraham said of the procedure that blew her lips up, according to Us Weekly.

"I wanted a lip implant because it was more of a permanent fix. I'm really concerned about stretching out my lip. And that's why I'm kind of scared to keep doing the injections... and maybe I'm never going to be doing that again."

Despite the health scare, Abraham admitted she's still considering getting her butt done.

"I'm still doing research," she reportedly said of the surgical possibilities. "I don't want anything that's causing problems... I do need to do more research."

Abraham has altered her appearance in many ways in recent years. She reportedly got breasts implants in 2010, had a chin implant in 2012 and collagen lip injections in October 2013, costing her thousands and thousands of dollars. In 2013, Abraham increased her chest once again from a size C to D. She later decided to get her chin implant removed due to discomfort.

Abraham, mother of a four-year-old daughter Sophia, starred in the original MTV reality show 16 & Pregnant in 2009 before her long stint on Teen Mom.

Abraham had filmed a pornographic video entitled Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, which was created and sold in Spring 2013. She also appeared on VH1 Couples Therapy in early 2014 and has since released music singles and a memoir.

MTV has renewed Teen Mom for another season but Abraham will not be a part of it.
