Hansen is accused of spitting on an Uber driver and damaging his car after the driver refused to accept cash for the ride.

"I feel terrible about it. It's embarrassing." the 51-year-old said as he left Seattle Municipal Court on Saturday, The Seattle Times reported.

Magistrate Park Eng ordered Hansen to abstain from alcohol and drugs.

The reality star was arrested on Thursday following the incident after the Seattle Police Department observed saliva located on the back of the driver's headrest.

Hansen was then taken into custody after he appeared "obviously intoxicated."

"[Hansen] vociferously declared that he did not know what I was talking about, that he got a ride from 'an Uber guy ... he took me home, we're here, we had Norwegian Independence Day, everybody's happy, I've got my family home, we're safe and sound, that's it!" police said in a report.

Hansen's not guilty plea comes after he apologized for the incident noting in a statement, "I am terribly sorry for my behavior and am very embarrassed by it. I owe a bunch of people apologies, first and foremost to our Uber driver, who was just trying to get us home safely."

"I hope I can make that apology in person. I have no excuse, and accept responsibility for my actions. I made a boneheaded move last night, and I am sorry."
