Dancing with the Stars pro Sharna Burgess and her celebrity partner, Bobby Bones, feel like they have more than just a working relationship behind the scenes.

"We have some rehearsals that are a lot of fun and we laugh all the way through it, and we have some rehearsals where we want to kill each other. It's pretty much the normal on the show," Sharna told People.

"It's like we're in a marriage -- we're in a three-month marriage."

Sharna and Bobby, a country music radio personality, have been practicing and performing since Dancing with the Stars' 27th season premiered in September, and they've made it all the way to the finale.

"I'm exhausted. We've been dancing for 10 weeks, every day, for eight hours a day. I'm delirious! Where am I?!" Bobby playfully complained to the magazine.

Dancing with the Stars' finale airs next week on ABC, and while the judges have agreed Bobby isn't a great technical dancer, Len Goodman pointed out he definitely doesn't lack charisma or spirit.

"I'm not the best dancer," admitted Bobby, who will be competing against Evanna Lynch, Milo Manheim, and Alexis Ren in the finals.

"It's all [Sharna]. I just hold on tight. I grab on and hold and we run and do dances."

Not only do Sharna and Bobby have a quirky relationship, but Bobby is also a quirky guy in general.

"Bobby's quirks that I'm trying to get rid of, you know, I don't want to change any of Bobby's quirks. I think all of them make him awesome, right down to when he dances with his mouth wide open and his eyes are looking up to the sky," Sharna said with a laugh.

Bobby and Sharna have consistently landed in the middle or towards the bottom of the judges' leaderboard week to week. However, Bobby's fans have been supporting him and his energy is contagious.

When the next season of American Idol premieres, Bobby, in fact, will serve as a full-season mentor for all the contestants.
