Colton Underwood's The Bachelor season is going to be a complete disaster in the eyes of Dean Unglert.

Dean became a fan-favorite on Rachel Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette, but he took a lot of heat for being in a love triangle and was dubbed an indecisive playboy on Bachelor in Paradise's fourth season by many fans.

Dean admitted to Entertainment Tonight he would make a "horrible Bachelor," but he also believes Colton will be a "horrible" Bachelor for "the same reasons."
"I am imagine Colton's season going the same way mine would, where he wants to do right by everyone and no one to hate him, and that's going to go right ahead and bite him in the butt," Dean explained.

When asked whether he's going to watch Colton on Season 23 of The Bachelor in 2019, Dean replied, "It's going to be a dumpster fire. Of course I'm going to watch it!"
Dean apparently feels strongly about the fact Colton -- although he's a nice guy -- should not have been cast in the leading role.
"I'm here to say one thing and one thing only. Colton for Bachelor -- not my Bachelor. He's a little young. He's younger than me. He might be more advanced in his life than I am, but I don't necessarily see him marrying the woman that he chooses for a plethora of reasons," Dean explained.

"One, I don't think he knows exactly what he wants. Two, I don't think he knows exactly what he wants."

Dean then elaborated on why he's so certain Colton was not the right choice for producers to have made.
"You saw him in Paradise. You saw him say something along the lines of, 'I am the person I think everyone wants me to be,' and the public pressure to be someone is very real on The Bachelor -- very real on The Bachelorette and very real on Bachelor in Paradise -- but even more so, ten times or 100 times more on The Bachelor," Dean reasoned.
"I think he'll do what he thinks people want him to do and not necessarily what's right for him."
Dean gushed about how his pals Jason Tartick and Blake Horstmann from Becca Kufrin's season of The Bachelorette would have been much better choices for the coveted role. (Blake finished as the runner-up, Jason claimed third place, and Colton finished fourth on Becca's season).

"Both are incredible humans and both are just as deserving, if not more deserving than all of us for love," Dean said of Jason and Blake. "I love Colton, don't get me wrong, but not my Bachelor."
Since Dean clearly doesn't think much of Colton being The Bachelor star, ET asked the podcast host why he thinks producers chose Colton to begin with.
"He's a very nice person. He is well-intentioned. He is beautiful. I just think it's going to be a dumpster fire," Dean reiterated.
As for Dean's love life, he disclosed he's still single and will find his better half outside of Bachelor Nation "in an ideal world."
