Braxton Berrios has responded to backlash he missed all of Alix Earle's Dancing with the Stars performances while they were still dating.

The Houston Texans wide receiver, 30, took to Instagram on December 11, and posted numerous photos of himself on the move, traveling and drinking a lot of coffee to seemingly keep up.

"What did I miss?" Braxton captioned his post, seemingly poking fun at all the news surrounding his breakup with the social media influencer.
Some fans took the NFL player's question as an opportunity to slam him for never attending a Dancing with the Stars episode while Alix and pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy were competing for the Season 34 mirrorball trophy.

One person commented on Braxton's post, "Every single performance of Alix's."
Braxton claimed he would've loved to be in the ballroom if it were not for his hectic NFL schedule.
"I would've been at every one if I could've, sadly I can't travel like that in season," Braxton responded to the follower.
According to multiple sources, Alix and Braxton recently called it quits on their relationship, Us Weekly reported.
"Distance was a huge factor," a source told the magazine. "She really wants to spend more time in L.A., while Braxton lives in Florida."

The insider said that Alix and Braxton realized they "were growing apart as a couple."
The source added, "Alix is now focused on her new chapter. She's been in great spirits and having fun with her friends."
Neither Alix or Braxton have yet to officially address their breakup, but Alix suggested she's really going through it earlier this month.
Alix finished Dancing with the Stars' 34th season in second place on November 25, but Braxton was noticeably absent from the finale.
Alix therefore addressed speculation that she and Braxton had broken up via TikTok on November 28.

"Ugh I hope u and Braxton are still together," a TikTok user commented on one of Alix's videos recapping her Dancing with the Stars experience.
Alix replied, "He couldn't come bc of football."
Although Braxton wasn't sitting in the Dancing with the Stars' ballroom for Alix's final dances of the season, he showed his support for the blonde beauty by taping a message for her that aired during the final episode.
Braxton gushed in his Dancing with the Stars video clip, "I've watched you pour everything into this since the moment it has started, and I think it shows. Good luck. Have fun, babe."
Alix and Val ultimately lost the mirrorball trophy to Dancing with the Stars winners Robert Irwin and pro partner Witney Carson.

Olympic gold medalist Jordan Chiles and pro partner Ezra Sosa came in third place, and The Traitors Season 3 winner Dylan Efron and pro partner Daniella Karagach came in fourth place on the Season 34 finale.
Alix and Braxton were reportedly first spotted in public together in May 2023 shortly after he split from Sophia Culpo, who had accused him of cheating.
Braxton denied Sophia's cheating allegations at the time, insisting on Instagram Stories in June 2023 that things "weren't working out" and their breakup "had nothing to do with anybody else."
In September 2023, Alix set the record straight by telling "Call Her Daddy" listeners that she and Braxton did not spark up a romance while he was still seeing Sophia.
Alix recalled "bawling" to her friends about the rumors online.
Alix didn't confirm that the athlete was her man until November 2023, and then one year later on their anniversary, she gushed about their love on Instagram.
Alix wrote in part in her November 2024 post, "Happy 1 year. You have become so much more than my best friend and partner. I didn't know I was capable of this type of love and I feel like I have truly found my other half! I love you."
Alix and Braxton appeared to be going strong in February, when she told Us that they always talked about their future together.
"Right now, we're so focused on our careers that we live in the moment and don't rush into anything. I think that's the cool thing about being with Braxton, [he] is not scared of any type of future," she said.
Alix also joked about the pair potentially getting engaged around that time.

"I think we are just kind of letting each other live right now, and we'll see where we end up," she explained.
At the start of the Dancing with the Stars season, Alix had called Braxton "supportive" and claimed he was "watching and voting" for her.
