Prior to its debut, Bravo will air a previously announced "special preview" of The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Wednesday, July 30 at 12 AM ET/PT.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta will follow a similar format to its Orange County and New York City predecessors and follow five woman from Hotlanta --  NeNe Leakes, DeShawn Snow, Sheree Whitfield, Lisa Wu Hartwell and Kim Zolciak -- as they balance their burgeoning careers with busy home lives.

The seven-episode series is produced by True Entertainment, with Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, Shari Solomon Cedar and Kenny Hull serving as executive producers. (Although they share a common branding, each The Real Housewives version is produced independently.  The Real Housewives of Orange County is produced by Evolution Film & Tape while The Real Housewives of New York City is produced by Ricochet Television.)

Bravo renewed both The Real Housewives of Orange County and New York City -- the fourth and second seasons of the shows, respectively -- in April.

At the same time, Bravo also ordered The Real Housewives of New Jersey, which will follow five of the Garden State's most affluent women and their families, however the network has yet to set a premiere date for the show's New Jersey edition.

In addition to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Bravo announced The Rachel Zoe Project -- a new reality series starring celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe and her team of fashion experts as they attempt to take their business to the next level -- will premiere Monday, September 8 at 11PM ET/PT.
