"Swaggy and Bayleigh. The two of you spent 23 days together, 24/7, and you have been apart for 76 days," Julie Chen told the couple, referencing how Bayleigh had been in the jury house and Swaggy had been able to return home.

"Bayleigh, what's it like to see Swaggy after so much time apart?" the Big Brother host asked.

"It's beautiful. Literally obsessed," Bayleigh gushed with a big smile.

"You still like him?" Julie questioned.

"Ugh, yeah!" Bayleigh replied.

When asked how he feels about seeing Bayleigh again, Swaggy explained, "I'm still very much in love with Bayleigh, 100 percent. There's been a lot of stuff going on in the real world that you haven't known, like, I went to your parents' wedding anniversary."

Swaggy continued, "I spend a lot of time with them. I played golf with your dad every single weekend. There's a lot of stuff I've got to tell you, but I'd rather tell you standing up than way across the stage. So I'm going to get up and talk to her!"

Swaggy then walked over to his girlfriend as the cast cheered and became giddy with excitement. Angela Rummans even muttered that maybe a marriage proposal was happening, but Bayleigh wasn't buying it.

Swaggy then took Bayleigh's hands and said, "Remember on Day 10 when I did this exact same gesture and you yelled at me because you said, 'You're not a man! Take charge! If you want something, then be a man and stand up!' Do you remember that?"

"Yeah," Bayleigh replied with a confused look on her face.

"So I asked you to be my girlfriend and you said, 'Yeah,'" Swaggy said.

"Yeah," Bayleigh noted.

"Watching you at home tell millions around the world how much you love me and want to be with me forever made me realize that 'girlfriend' wasn't enough, honestly," Swaggy admitted.

"Shut up!" Bayleigh exclaimed as Swaggy got down on one knee and presented her with an engagement ring.

Bayleigh yelled, "Shut up," again and put her hands over her mouth in shock. She looked at her fellow Big Brother castmates almost for validation the proposal was really happening.

Her pal, Haleigh Broucher, had to signal Bayleigh to continue looking at and listening to Swaggy.

"In front of millions around the world, I don't really care about any girl in the world. I want you and only you. And I don't really know what my future holds, but I do know I want you in it," Swaggy revealed. "So Bayleigh... will you marry me?"

"Yes!" Bayleigh replied.

Bayleigh then bounced up and down and repeated, "Yes!"

After his July 12 eviction, Swaggy, a day trader from Connecticut, made an effort to show how much he cared for Bayleigh, a 25-year-old flight attendant from Lees Summit, MO, who currently resides in Atlanta, GA, by introducing himself to her parents while she was still in the Big Brother house playing the game.

"It's crazy but we talked about moving in with each other after the show ends," Swaggy told Us Weekly around the time he met Bayleigh's relatives.

"When you confide in someone and can put 100 percent trust in them, it grows fast. You see them at their worst, you sleep with them every night, you see them at their best."

However, Swaggy confessed at the time marriage "is obviously way far down the road" for them. But something must have changed his mind!
