Ashley Hebert is apparently on her way to becoming one of The Bachelorette's few success stories.

Hebert and fiance J.P. Rosenbaum have set their wedding date for December and the ceremony will be televised so they can share the event with their fans, Us Weekly reported Monday.

Rosenbaum and Hebert -- whom Rosenbaum proposed to after she had selected him over fellow bachelor Ben Flajnik during the seventh-season finale of The Bachelorette, which aired in August 2011 -- told Us in December of last year that she wanted to "wait for the right time" to get married, which meant at least until she was done with dental school.

The couple announced they had decided to move to New Jersey together in March to better convenience Hebert in her pursuit of a dentistry career.

"We've been living in New York and I got into a pediatric residency in Philadelphia, so we decided to move halfway," Hebert told the magazine at the time. "He'll commute and I'll commute. It's a lesson in relationships."

First-season The Bachelorette couple Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter -- who wed in December 2003 -- currently rank as the only The Bachelorette couple to walk down the aisle.
