Allyshia Gupta has claimed Katherine "Kat" Izzo will "deny, lie and cry" when forced to address the allegation she had a boyfriend back home while filming Bachelor in Paradise.

Allyshia claimed Kat was dating Sean McLaughlin's best friend when she left to film Bachelor in Paradise's tenth season during a recent episode of "The Viall Files" podcast.

Allyshia also alleged that Kat had snuck her iPad into her hotel room and began sending her then-boyfriend love letters on Day 1 "to get him through" the process until she could return home from Paradise.
When the podcast's host Nick Viall asked Allyshia how she thinks Kat will react to that allegation, Allyshia replied, "I think Kat is going to do what Kat does best, which is deny, lie and cry."

Allyshia continued, "That's what I call... I'm going to coin [deny, lie and cry] actually! DLC!"
Allyshia claimed that Kat has a history of behaving that way.
"And that's what I think she will do," Allyshia added.
"I think when you're in the hot seat and your back is against the corner, you point fingers at other people. And I imagine she does that."
Allyshia claimed that since Sean had kept Kat's secret about her boyfriend, that's one of the main reasons Sean felt so "betrayed" when Kat threw their friendship away on Bachelor in Paradise.

"That's when I was like, 'Listen, we're burning sh-t to the ground now!'" Allyshia recalled.
Nick pointed out how Bachelor in Paradise alum Zoe McGrady had some things to say about Kat as well.
Although Nick did not name Zoe as his source, the former The Bachelor star said he heard that Kat had "written some messages on her arm" for her man back home to read while watching the show unfold on ABC.
"I wouldn't pick Kat as somebody I hang around with in my free time. I think we are very different... We are very different," Allyshia insisted.
"She's not my cup of tea, and I'm sure I'm not her cup of tea. That's fine."

Allyshia said her cup of tea is "somebody that's calm" and "doesn't make a big deal out of everything."
Allyshia shared how people often stereotype her as a pageant girl when, in reality, she was in the jungle naming spiders with Parisa Shifteh.
"I really like high-adrenaline things... I like down-to-earth people, and I have a lot of respect for people who are just honest and you see what you get. I think that's where the disconnect with Kat is," Allyshia explained.
"She's not an honest person. She doesn't tell the truth, and she was caught in a lie many times, and that's something that, for me, is like, the bare minimum is that I want an honest and truthful friend."

Allyshia insisted that Kat "wasn't telling the truth about a lot of stuff" during her Paradise stint, including her alleged boyfriend back home.
"Yeah. So, for one, Kat used to live in Tampa. Me and Sean both live in Tampa; it's a small community. We know the people who you date and who you hang out with," Allyshia told Nick.
"She spent holidays with Sean. Her mom was texting Sean, 'Hey, how are you? I'm so glad you guys have each other on Paradise.' I felt like I was in the twilight zone, because when I came in... I didn't love the way she spoke to some people. We just steered clear of each other."
Allyshia claimed that whenever Kat came up in her private conversations with Sean, he would defend her to no end.
"If her name ever got brought up, all he had to say about her were the nicest things, like, 'You really have to give her a chance. She is just really misunderstood. She's got a good heart and I really know her well,'" Allyshia recalled.
"And I was like, 'I hope I'm wrong! I really hope I'm wrong.' But I kept saying to him, 'I think she's going to throw you under the bus the second she has a shot.' And Kat denied being his friend!"

Allyshia said she had to bite her tongue for so long but then Kat finally proved her right.
Allyshia, feeling "vindicated" at the time, therefore had an "I told you so" moment with Sean.
"From Day 1, I was right about it. That's crazy. And then she went back telling all the guys that [Sean] cursed her out and no guy should still be there who talks to women so disrespectfully... and all the guys believed it!" Allyshia noted.
Allyshia complained about how Kat didn't have Sean's back right when he was starting to get a bad rap.

"I'm not that type of person, and I really don't like people like that," Allyshia concluded.
Allyshia and Sean self-eliminated from Bachelor in Paradise during last week's episode, knowing the cast had likely voted them out.
Parisa and Brian Autz were the other couple voted out of Paradise by the majority of the cast.
According to Sean, he and Allyshia resumed their relationship in the real world after leaving Paradise together.
Kat, meanwhile, is still competing for $500,000 with Dale Moss, whom she had coupled up with on Day 2 of Paradise. The latest episode of Bachelor in Paradise featured Kat and Dale becoming official, with Dale calling himself Kat's "boyfriend."
