Each one-hour Dance Machine episode will feature six "real people from all walks of life" as they face off against each other in a series of one-on-one dance offs set to popular songs.  Throughout the course of the episode, contestants will be eliminated based on votes cast by studio audience members.

At the end of each episode, two finalists will challenge each other one last time for the chance to take home Dance Machine's $100,000 cash prize.

ABC ordered Dance Machine last November, and it will be hosted by E! News correspondent Jason Kennedy.

Dance Machine is being produced by RDF USA and was created by the production company's executive vice president Greg Goldman, who will also serve as executive producer along with Chris Coelen and Metro Entertainment's Brian Veskosky.
