Alfonso Moretti
Alfonso Moretti, Jr., 26, from Wappingers Falls, N.Y., is married with one child. Originally from New York, he finds that working out and eating ice cream is the best way for him to handle stress. Moretti also enjoys competing in nonprofessional bodybuilding. Moretti is most proud of his son and enjoys spending time with his family so much that until Boot Camp, he had never been away from them for more than a day. In both life and job situations, Moretti often finds that he is the team leader and motivator.
Dana Jackson
Dana Jackson from Brooklyn, N.Y., is a 28-year-old graduate student and filmmaker at New York University. He has spent the last two years working for Spike Lee and is currently looking to direct his first major film. Originally from Boston, Jackson enjoys playing guitar, making his girlfriend laugh and shooting hoops on the basketball court. As a filmmaker, he feels he has the unique ability to tell a story and view challenges from a different perspective. Whatever "Boot Camp" throws into Jackson's path, he is ready and willing to push his abilities to the limit.
Jack Lauder
Jack Lauder, 50, is a third generation plumber from Garnervill, N.Y. A widower of 15 years, Lauder is most proud of raising his three children. Originally from New York, Lauder enjoys amateur race car driving, basketball, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He might be the oldest contestant on "Boot Camp," but don't count on that slowing him down. He fights with the best of them with his perseverance, strong will and wisdom that comes with age.
Mark Meyer
BOOTED WEEK 3 - Mark Meyer, a 27-year-old certified snowboarding instructor from Seattle, was raised in Switzerland. He is currently working on his Master's Degree in Urban Planing and Development at the University of Southern California. When he is not hitting the books or the slopes, Meyer can be found surfing in the ocean or playing with his dog. Meyer brings to "Boot Camp" skills learned from being both a lifeguard and a Boy Scout
John Park
BOOTED WEEK 1 - John Park, 26, lives in West Hollywood, Calif., where he is a high school art teacher and accomplished artist in his own right. Park enjoys helping his students discover what they want to do with their lives. Outside of the classroom, Park enjoys kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, lacrosse, hapkido, and snowboarding and is a somewhat accomplished whistler. He brings to "Boot Camp" resourcefulness, dedication, passion and, of course, competitiveness.
David Thomson
MEDICAL DISCHARGE WEEK 3 - David Thomson from Las Vegas is 29 years old and works as a realtor and a part-time investor. Originally from Oregon, he is able to motivate others to be their best and has helped his younger sister to become a successful Realtor and investor. He also enjoys public speaking, kickboxing, writing and investing. Thomson brings to "Boot Camp" strength, a positive attitude and leadership skills.
Ryan Wolf -- (Squad Leader)
Ryan Wolf, a native of Philadelphia, is currently a senior majoring in journalism at Temple University. This 22-year-old is always up for a challenge and has the will to win -- which he relies on in his fight to survive "Boot Camp." In an effort to achieve his ideal body, Wolf engages in weight lifting and gymnastics. Physical activity has always been his way to let off some steam.
Shawn Yaney
Shawn Yaney is a graphic designer and a first-class balloon sculptor, but he puts that on hold to enter the world of "Boot Camp." This 27-year-old from New Jersey enjoys playing ice hockey and listening to the blues at Manhattan nightclubs. He brings to "Boot Camp" the ability to help and provide moral support to others.
